Use rose water pack or mud pack twice in a day also bath twice in a day consume honey water 6 times in a day consume at least 4 times lemon water to overcome heat stroke. Have non oily food consume more salads for detailed diet plan consult privately with me.

Start consuming more of proteins eat after small intervals. Consume honey water instead of plain water. Start your day with water soaked almonds and cashews. Consume 1litre of milk in any form like curd, paneer or pudding etc. Consult privately to know your detailed diet plan.

Exercise exercise and exercise is indeed essential for you start consuming honey water atleast 4 glass in a day take sprouts daily ave salad before meal. Have protein rich diet.

Sir/mam I feel like my heart is getting weak day to day if climb any upload or walk along an hour my heart beat rises like never before and I feel a shake on behind of my head what is it mean? Is there any heart disease persisting or any kind of fatal condition creating? And according to this problem I feel always weak and skip meal and everything that I have done never before I want a permanent relief please tell me.

I am struggling with weight loss. I have lost over 40 kgs in the past 5 years but I have stagnated for over 1.6 years. I have boarder line thyroid and I am on 25 mg medication for the same. Need help to know what I can do to see progress. I workout 5 days a weeks for 45 minutes (strength training) I eat a normal diet with no specialization.

Yes your weight is higher according to your height your weight should be in 60s. 65 can be ok. For headache start your day with honey water along with water soaked almonds consume a glass of milk as your breakfast. For reduction follow a low calorie high protein diet chart. Avoid beetroot in that and have that before 3 hrs of bed. Also start taking honey and lemon water to start your day. Follow a low calorie and 60gms protein diet chart. Also start taking a plate of salad before 20 mins of your lunch. Consult privately for detailed diet chart with me.

You may be eating in improper way of in improper combination. First of all start taking honey in lukewarmwater twice in a day. Have salad before every meal. Have lot of water.

Your weight seems ok with your height but you may be physically thin. For that start work out and start taking protein diet like sprouts milk and its products etc.

Start your day with honey water take salad before every meal consume more water and have atleast 4-5 glass of honey water in a day these all are appetite increasers so will help youin gaining for detailed diet plan consult privately with me.

Start taking nuts to start your day with have salad before every meal so that your food can be digested properly have honey water atleast 4 glass with a teaspoon of honey in each glass consume protein rich diet
