As hiv I and ii test are antigen-antibody reaction, the report r expressed in such terminology. Seronegative means you r not infected with hiv.

Missed period will be first symptom. Vomiting may be due to gastritis. If you doubt pregnancy go for urine card test. You can do it yourself.
