This morning-to-evening, sleep-promoting schedule may help you get the rest you need.
Morning
7:00 a.M. Wake up at the same time each morning, even on weekends.
8:00 a.M. Limit yourself to just one cup of caffeinated coffee at breakfast, or drink decaf. Too much caffeine in the morning can stay with you until bedtime. (If you're used to drinking several cups of coffee a day, wean yourself off it gradually over a few weeks.)
9:00 a.M. Get outside for a 30-minute walk. Both exercise and morning sunlight can help you sleep better.
Evening
6:00 p.M. Eat a light dinner. A heavy meal can lead to heartburn, which can keep you awake. Avoid caffeinated tea, coffee, and soda, as well as alcohol and chocolate.
9:15 p.M. Turn off your TV, computer, cell phone, and tablet at least 30 minutes before bed. They stimulate the brain. Read a book (not on a tablet), take a warm bath, or listen to soft music to help your body and mind unwind before bed.
9:45 p.M. Get your bedroom ready for sleep. Dim the lights, close the curtains, make sure the temperature is cool and comfortable, and cover your alarm clock so you can't see the time if you do wake up in the middle of the night.
10:00 p.M. Use the bathroom.
10:15 p.M. Lights out. Try to go to bed at the same time every night. If you can't fall asleep in 15 minutes, leave the bedroom. Sit somewhere quiet, like the couch, and read a book for 15-20 minutes or until you get sleepy. Then go back to bed.

Hi. There are four main factors which causes acne: Oil production Dead skin cells Clogged pores Bacteria Factors that may worsen the acne: Androgen hormones, certain medications (drugs containing corticosteroids, androgens or lithium can worsen acne), dietary factors, including dairy products and carbohydrate-rich foods — such as bread, bagels and chips — may trigger acne and Stress can make acne worse. Management: -Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash 2 to 3 times a day daily (wash your face with warm or lukewarm water only) which is followed by CTMP, i.e. Cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) except at night when you just need to wash your face before going to bed. -Take healthy food only and avoid unhealthy ones (although sebaceous glands are not excretory glands then as well!) as what you eat is reflected on your face! -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension as it encourages secretion of stress hormone in the body as this affects skin or any other tissue of the body. -Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water in a day. -Take 6-8 hrs. Of sound sleep everyday. -Don't use others towels, handkerchief on your face as well as never share yours. -Never ever rub your face as it damages the skin (even towel should be dab on skin softly) and breakouts of acne get worsened! -Maintain hygiene, wash your face 2-3 times in a day, changes the pillow covers, bed sheet daily, use cotton bed sheet only (try to sleep on your back). Home remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 30 days.

1. Pain in stomach could be due to worm infestation. 2. Take deworming medicine after consulting doctor 3. One can gain height upto age of 25 years a. Eat healthy balanced diet. B) take diet rich vitamin d (fish, mushroom, diary product, egg, exposure to sun light), rich in calcium (cheese, soybean, sardines, green vegetable, fruits, whole grain, low fat diary product, fortified cereals), diet rich in zinc (peas, egg, chocolate), carbohydrate and protein rich diet. Avoid junk/processed food c. Drink plenty of water (8-10 glass daily), d. Get adequate sleep (7-8hr in night). E) do regular exercise like swimming, hanging exercise like horizontal bar, toe touching exercise, super stretch exercise like stand upright and stretch your hands overhead as far as you can.

To make your digestion normal & healthy- *Take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. *take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening. * Take 1 tea spoon of LIV-52 syrup daily one time. * Walk for atleast 15-20 minutes daily and avoid long duration continuos sitting. * Avoid taking Nonveg & in day time after taking meals ,do not sleep in day..* Restrict alcohol & tobacco smoking. * Take proper sleep of upto 8 hours & avoid late night outings. Do not go out in sun, use sunscreen with spf of more than 30, drink water. Apply ice pack. Take plenty of carrots and vegetables rich in beta carotene. Only these are the effective home remedies you can do at home.

Here are some tips for how to handle your back pain: -stop normal physical activity for the first few days. This will help relieve your symptoms and reduce any swelling in the area of the pain. -apply heat or ice to the painful area. One good method is to use ice for the first 48 to 72 hours, and then use heat. Take pain relievers medicine. --while sleeping, try lying in a curled-up, fetal position with a pillow between your legs. If you usually sleep on your back, place a pillow or rolled towel under your knees to relieve pressure. -do not perform activities that involve heavy lifting or twisting of your back for the first 6 weeks after the pain begins. -avoid bending forward and sitting in a place for long time -stretching and strengthening exercises are important. But, starting these exercises too soon after an injury can make your pain worse. -some physiotherapy treatment like ift current can give you some relief. -a full history of your problem should be taken and your movements assessed by a physiotherapist. Please consult a physiotherapist for the same.

Hi looking at your medications for controlling blood sugar there are enough oral anti daibetics. If still control is not achieved, then it is better to switch or add insulin to the therapy. That will help you to attain much better control of diabetes.

Urimax causes relaxation of sphicters in the urinary junctions and urethra. There is definite side effect of urimax so you can reduce the doses or stop it also. For calcium removal you can try with lots of drinking water but it will cause more urine in your case. Consult a good urologist for the prostate problem if you have it. Better to remove the enlarged and unwanted gland causing so much discomfort to you. You have first class libido even after removal of prostate same as those women who have excellent sexual desire even after uterus is removed (at least one ovary is sufficient to keep their tract moist and supple).

Hair fall is due to many reasons now a day it is common due to stress and busy life check your haemoglobin level if less then take hamatinic any multinational company take proper diet (dal vegetables sprouts fruits) and do exercise minimum 15 min if possibles do yoga for 10 min increase water intake minimum 3 to 4 litres per day also take homoeo medicines homoeo medicines are known for to stop hair fall and it actually happens phosphrus 30 (30 no glouble) 2 tds x 2 weeks and reply also comb your hair gently and 2/3 time per day wash with homoeopathic shampoo (sbl or any company) twice a week preaper oil by mixing arnica montana q 30 ml + any regular hair oil and apply before wash
