Hello . I think you are having a meniscal injury. Do you have any fall or twisting injury? do you have swelling? give rest to your knee apply ice and take some painkillers. Take out a xray of knee and feel free to share it with me.

Take heat formation and give rest your hand after this apply pain relief ointment. And avoid over strain if it work then ok otherwise ultrasonic therapy for your diabetic and hypertensive so be passionate.

When I wake up in morning I am feeling pain in my neck. Due to this I am not able to drink and eat. When I eat something it gives pain. It's like a ball in my neck.

1.Take crocin 500mg one tablet sos after food upto a maximum of 3 tablets daily 2.Apply volini gel twice daily 3.Give local hot fomentation If you have recurrent attack of neck pain a)Take X ray cervical spine to exclude spondylitis and consult orthopedic specialist b)Sometimes It could be due to bad sitting or lying posture. Adopt proper sitting posture, put neck rest c) Consult for further advice .

Hi . I would like you to check your blood glucose level. You may be suffering from periarthritis shoulder which is nothing but your joint inflammation in shoulder. Check with nearby physio and take ift and start active exercises to maintain range of movement in shoulder. Otherwise sometimes it may go for stiffness. Check ecg to rule out any cardiac prob as it is in left shoulder. Thank u

Knock knees is usually congenital. Hence you cannot" remove" knock knees! you need to do some strength training targeting the hip knees and ankle so that you can possibly avoid or prolong the onset of degenerative changes that may occur in the long run.

Hello. Maintain a right standing and sitting posture, keep your back always straight (even while sitting or standing), avoid carrying weight on back. Hold or carry weight divided equally in both the hands or shoulders (to avoid over straining on one particular hand or shoulder). Always select a chair with proper back support and hand-rest. (Excessive sitting or standing is to be avoided as well don’t carry much weight on shoulders). Apart from these, stress could be the major cause of pains! Exercise: Practice Shavasana or Corpse Pose as it looks like a dead body. If practiced correctly and with full efforts, can relax every body part, relaxing not only the body but also the mind: Spread the legs one to two feet apart, the toes are turned outwards, the heels facing each other, a comfortable distance apart. Bring the arms a little away from the body, palms turned upward. Relax the neck and allow it to turn to the side if it is more comfortable. Close the eyes and focus the attention on the body, breathing normally. Begin focusing each body part and relaxing it, then moving on. Keep the mind focused on relaxation, the breath should be normal. Relax the whole body. Management: -Sit straight with a back-rest or back-support. -Stretching or activities that place additional strain on the back are discouraged. -Sleeping with a pillow between the knees while lying on one side may increase comfort. -Lying on your back with a pillow under your knees would also relieves pain and no pillow under your head. -Some people seem to benefit from the use of ice or heat. Take care, do not use a heating pad on ‘high’ or place ice directly on the skin. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Arnica 200 and Rhus Tox. 200 - take both of them thrice daily for 1 week. Also, apply Schwabe's Topi-Arnica and Topi MP Gel on the affected area in circular motions gently thrice a day. Get back to me thereafter. ********Get an x-ray done*****

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Applying cold compresses to the painful knee is one of the best and easiest ways to reduce pain and swelling. The cold will constrict the blood vessels, reducing blood flow to the affected area and thus reducing swelling. It will also give you relief from the pain. 1. Wrap a handful of ice cubes in a thin towel. 2. Apply the compress to the affected knee area for 10 to 20 minutes. 3. Do this two or three time daily until your pain is gone. A bag of frozen peas also works well as a cold compress. You can opt for alternating hot and cold compresses as well for chronic pains. Also take mag phos 6x - thrice daily 4 tablets each time. Do a x-ray of the affected area.

I used to play cricket and volleyball almost every day but suddenly from past 6 months I encountered knee pain in both of legs. Use ice packs every day for 5 min after your post setion. Do knee strengthen exercises regularly .go for kainesio tape for support the knee joint .do hydrotherapy exercises once pain minimise.
