Please note the following for your condition: • Avoid big meals late in the evening. You need three to four hours to digest a big meal. • Spicy or sugary food, even at suppertime, is usually a bad idea. Spices can irritate your stomach, and when it tosses and turns, so will you. Having a lot of sugary food—especially chocolate, which contains caffeine—can make you feel jumpy. • Try a soothing aromatic bath before bedtime. Add 5 drops lavender oil and 3 drops ylang-ylang oil to warm bathwater and enjoy a nice soak.

An antifungal and anti trichomonas treatment may be prescribed over a private consultation. Till then stop using shaving razor/ dettol/ soap in the part, wash wth only clean water.

take probiotics like Vibact to replenish normal flora of the intestines. take tab polybion (multivitamin)for weakness of legs. also take calcium and vit d3 supplements. also take ORS consult for further management

Hello doc I am suffering from depression. One year ago my gf left me. I have moved on. But lately I realised I have no friends and my family is not friendly as everybody is busy in its own life. So I feel very terrible and like a loser everyday. I do not have friends, gf, family or any person to hang out with. My personality has changed alot. If you do not have social contact, then you are in serious trouble because this is quite natural to every normal person. We are all social animals and need each other and are dependent with each other. So whatever your background, go out and meet people and befriend them too. You have to find common grounds to interact with them and then you will develop the art over a period of time. You should also join cultural clubs, attend various types of meetings, conferences, seminars, discourses etc. You may also do a good personality development course and work on your personality. You need to develop comfort relating to people and grow into a good socialite.

Hello, you should try Exercise like stretching swimming regularly yoga like Tadasan and Sarvang asana. play Basket ball regularly. Take proper balanced nutritios and protein rich diet. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. I suggest you to follow these exercises on regular basis in order to get result.

Tips for weight gain 1) eat foods rich in protein like milk and milk product, eggs, chicken, meat. 2) eat energy dense foods like nuts, dates, potato, halwa, kheer etc. 3) eat fruits high in energy like banana, chickoo, sitaphal, mango, grapes. 4) eat two servings of pulses in a day esp. Soybean and urad dal. 5) have proper rest.

Use bakson sunny herbal lip balm. Home remedy:- 1. Take a pinch of haldi powder and one tsp of lemon juice in a bowl, mix it well and apply on to your lips and wash it after 10 minutes. 2. Crush fresh rose petals, mix it with little amount of glycerine and milk cream, now apply on to your lips. Use this thrice a day.

Take following oil 1.vata-jatadi tail apply it on hair alternate days take following remedies 1 asthi poshak vati 1 tab before lunch and dinner 2.amala juice 4 tsp + 2tsp sugar + 2tsp honey in the morning empty stomach 3. Laghu malini vasant ras vati 2 tab after lunch and dinner for application 1.neeli bhrungadi tail apply it on hair alternate days.

1.Take one tablet of crocin pain relief sos after food upto a maximum of 3 tablets daily 2.Apply volini gel twice daily 3.Give warm compress locally 4. Take rest If you have recurrent attack of neck pain a) Take X ray/MRI cervical spine to exclude spondylitis and consult orthopedic specialist b) Sometimes It could be due to bad sitting posture while reading or working on computer. Adopt proper sitting posture, put neck rest, use soft pillow while sleeping c) Do physio therapy and neck exercise after consulting physiotherapist.

Hi lybrate-user to make healthy body you need to combine a balanced eating pattern with regular physical activity. You should be eating at least 6 small meals a day, rather than sticking to 3 square meals. You could divide it as 3 main meals and 3 snacks. You need to be eating every 2-3 hours. Space out snacks during the day so you don't spoil your appetite. Bread, cereal, rice, whole wheat, dalia and pasta: biscuits, and corn-bread are good sources of carbohydrates. Fruits: dried fruits, fruit nectars, and large quantities of fresh fruits vegetables: include, potatoes, peas, corn in your diet. Meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, salmon, omelets, nuts, peanut butter, kidney beans, chickpeas will help you gain weight. Include dairy products like milk, yogurt, and cheese: milk, fruited yogurts, hard cheeses, ice cream, puddings, custards, milkshakes. -nuts and seeds make a healthy option for snacks. -roasted channas and peanuts are good -peanut butter on the sandwiches are a great mid-meal choice. -you must know that cereals actually contain some healthy calories. Stay hydrated: drinking plenty of water and other fluids like juices, milk, soups etc, will work in your favour. Do not drink water before a meal and in between the meal as it may make you lose your appetite, thus calorie intake suffers. Sleep: at least 8 hours of sound sleep is a must. Since your body is actually building up muscles, while you rest. Weight gainers have long term side effects.

Hi lybrate-user, according to your height you are underweight. Your BMI is too low. Your weight should be between 55-60kg. So If you are trying to gain weight, make sure that you are doing it in a healthy way. To gain weight you must consume simple foods for weight gain, which has enormous amount of calories & protein. Consuming lot of calories doesn’t mean that you have to over eat or over stuff yourself. You must always choose healthy sources of calorie dense foods. You must eat natural and simple foods for weight gain. Eat foods with high amount of calories than your required metabolism. Never skip your meals and make sure you are including all varieties of foods like fruits, vegetables, cereals and foods with high protein in your diet. Dairy products like milk, yoghurt and cheese are rich in protein and calcium. If you are vegetarian then include Egg & meat Egg is a protein rich food with high amount of calories. Nuts are the most nutritious and protein rich food. Fruits are the best sources of carbohydrates, healthy sugars, vitamins and minerals.

Dark circles are because of lack of nutrients. Sleep and weakness. So take proper nutrients and drink plenty of juices and sleep for atleast 7 hours a day. Drink 7-8 glasses of water every day.

Dear, you must be able to understand concentration, attention span, recollection and distraction. If you are able to watch a movie for two hours continuously, if you are able to play a game for an hour, then you do not have any concentration problems. You can't be attentive towards your studies because you are not interested in it. You are able to watch movie and play game because you are interested in it. Human cannot be attentive towards anything for more than 10 minutes. Then you should study in such a way that your attention is continued and make the subjects are interesting to you. Effective learning techniques should help you. Recollection depends on anxiety, stress and other physical and circumstantial factors. Distractions while studying are plentiful. You should be able to overcome distractions or avoid distractions. Please understand the above. Change your study style and attitude accordingly. I can help you with" effective learning" techniques. When I see a beautiful flower, It does not bring any change in quality of my life and the mind and heart remains the same, simply sad without any reason, unaffected by the presence of the said flower; similarly everyday when I go for a morning walk in a beautiful garden, I lack the feeling of being in a garden.I lack the feeling of the early morning sunlight, birds songs and slow breeze of air already present in the said garden. My this condition is since last 25 years. Presently I am 58. Since last 10 years, I am marginally (below 140 both times) Diabetic & Doctors say Medicine is not required in your case, as your exercise & diet control will suffice. I have started feeling that there is some defect in my nervous system which makes me unable to experience the feeling which ordinarily a layman experiences.Are there any suggestions or medicines to make my life simple and responsive? I am very much anxious to improve quality of my daily life for the rest of my life. Please guide me.
