When I lift my hand upwards to grab the handle in metro or bus, my hands begin to tremble after sometime. Also when I am a little stressed my hands tremble or after lifting something heavy. I am not able to control the tremors in my hands. I feel socially awkward and low on confidence due to this problem.

My friend has got her last periods on 30th of may. It's more than 28 days for her next periods. She had an intercourse on 3rd of june (periods was almost over), they even took precautions but now she isn't sure about the evacuation in her anal. Regularly she is feeling unhealthy. Now if the results on testing comes positive then what should they do further to abort it. Please suggest the best and the quickest way to combat the situation.

Hello lybrate-user, because of contact on june 3 rd, there is no chance of pregnancy. Please wait for a week and then if periods not coming, go pregnancy test. Drink plenty of water and have fruits in the diet.

Hi. I want to know that sometimes I feel very isolated and alone and feels like nobody wants to talk to me and be with me. Further, I am afraid of loosing people whether friends /loved ones so I always feel scared and always my dear ones go away from me left me alone ,same is the case in my love life. As I am very shy and reserve kind of person people used to maintain distance from me after sometime. I wanted to know what is the problem in me that people left me and maintain distance from me after some time. Why only I feel scared of loosing my loved ones and why not anyone feels scared of losing me. I am upset with all these questions and do not know what to do. please help and guide me what is the problem in me.

Hi lybrate-user, there may or may not be a problem with you, I can not judge you by few lines that you have written. It could be that you are shy and introvert but you need affection also, so what happens you expect other people to be around and give you attention which you enjoy but may be in return you are not able to give them that much, so your efforts are not very evident and it may give impression to others that you are not trying or not interested but you are its just your personality is introverted im sure the right people stay in your life. Hello sir eat dinner atleast 2 hours before going to bed. Eat tab rantac 120 mg 2 times per day half an hour before food for 5 days. After food drink eno and sleep or drink small quantity of cold drinks if not taking tablet. Hope he gets well soon take care.

Hello Lybrate User, Take homeopathic treatment for intestinal gaseous distention. To get away from intestinal gaseous problem follow this tips that will help you to get rid from your problem - * Drink before meals. If you drink liquids with your meals, you lose stomach acids and can’t break down food as well. Try drinking about 30 minutes before a meal to help your stomach digest better. * Eat and drink slowly. When you eat or drink fast, you can swallow a lot of air, which can cause gas. Slow down when you eat. * Don't fill up on air. Habits like smoking, chewing gum, and drinking through a straw may cause your stomach to fill with air, leading to gas. * Avoid artificial sweeteners. Sorbitol and related sugar alcohols used in many sugar-free versions of foods can also aggravate gas. * Beans are a great source of protein and other fiber, so it can be good for some people. Soaking and/or overcooking beans may help reduce gas formation. If her excessive gas is persistent or severe, consult your primary health care provider. Take care.
