This is due to lack of enough sleep or disturbed sleep. It may be due to stress so avoid stress. Avoid daytime naps for a good sleep at night. You need to follow sleep hygiene. Do yoga and meditation. Get yourself checked for obstructive sleep apnoea which can be a reason for disturbed sleep. It can also be due to sinusitis, for which take steam inhalation 3-4 times daily.

Hello- You are suffering from Grade IInd premature ejaculation. It is believed that previous sexual encounters (or masturbation) may lead to a pattern which later on becomes difficult to alter. Hurrying to reach a climax or experiencing guilt during sexual interactions may result in ejaculation problems later on in life. Fortunately it can be completely cured/reversed with the help of medication, psychological counseling and sexual therapy.
