Hi there if you take missed dose of one day within next 24 hours you should be fine. Since the effect ensues slowly in your case you should be fine, based on evidence provided. However if possible do consult your Gyanec or consult me online for more details.

I am a 25 years old female. And the last time I got periods was 16th of march. Since then I haven't got periods. I took the pregnancy test twice but it was negative both the times. Then I consulted a gyno, who gave me some medicines and an injection and told to avoid having fast food and colddrink. I have taken the medicines but still I have not got my periods. What should I do now?

A number of factors can cause this problem, such as eating disorders, significant weight loss or gain, anemia, thyroid disorders, hormonal imbalance, liver disease, tuberculosis, irritable bowel syndrome, diabetes, recent birth or miscarriage, polycystic ovarian syndrome, uterine abnormalities, and other health conditions. Some home remedies. Ginger is highly beneficial in regulating menstrual cycles and also relieving menstrual pain. It promotes menstruation and hence is good when dealing with delayed or scanty periods. 1. Boil one-half teaspoon of freshly ground ginger in a cup of water for five to seven minutes. 2. Add a little sugar. 3. Drink this three times a day after meals. 4. Do this for about one month or more. Any querries inform me.

Take tab pause mf twice a day for three days and get done scan. Usually if endometrial thinking is more or fibroids leads to heavy bleeding. Once it's not there then no need to get worry.

I-Pills are not 100% effective. So there is always a small possibility of failure. I would advice her to do a urine pregnancy test just in case she misses her periods next month.

Hello! lybrate-user. Periods after childbirth may be delayed due to multiple reasons the most common of which is breastfeeding. But you might still conceive during this period of amenorrhea. If you are exclusively breastfeeding your baby, the contraceptive benefit of breastfeeding lasts 3 months and if it was combined feeding, it lasts 3 weeks only. So, get a urine pregnancy test done and if negative use some contaceptive method other than combined oral contraceptive pills.

There are almost no chance of pregnancy... usually many patients suffer from irregularity of periods for few cycles...after IPILL.. So don't worry... And My personal advise is to avoid such pills as they being hormonal in nature have many side effects... instead use condoms...

If pregnancy is within 7 weeks it can be aborted with medicines only. For which you need to consult a gynecologist who wil prescribe you with medicines for abortion. If it is beyond 7 weeks of pregnancy then it has to be aborted surgically, again with the gynecologist.
