Hello Dr. I had sex with a married friend. For 3 days and these days I took viagra 50 mg. I insert my inside her ass without condom but due to pain she ask me to pull out. So I wear condom and start having sex from vagina. I masturbate daily and now it's a month I feel pain in my penis and penis nerve is also showing.
