Sir, I have hepatitis b from 2015 as I know, after 1 year I have yellow urine with pain. And whites lines on nails indicates that, it is severe or not what I do

I have constipation problem from last 2 to 3 years and I tried isabgol nd all but it make my problem worse heavy pain in stomach due to isabgol also done lower endoscopy Dr. Said that your your large intestine have many twists hence problem is there but before 2 or 3 years no such problem is there please help any yoga nd all. I am addicted of tea in past (almost 10-12 cup I had drunk in day) now I am not drinking tea from last 10 odd days, m only drinking green tea now that also 3 or 4 times in day, but last 5,6 days my stomach is paining too much (feeling like something is biting/ chewing from I side) and occasionally I ommeting also.
