I have lot of dandruff in my hair due to this I am facing hair fall problem. I have shaved my hair twice but nothing helped.
dear friend dandruff is the problem which starts @ puberty due to multiplication of sebaceous glands and excessive secretion. this is normal phenomenon which is exacerbated in oil skin persons. shaving the head doesnt provide permanent solution for it, and even all commercial dandruff shampoos are also help less in this regard. as you stated you are severity suffering, i think better to consult personally to look into the severity of the problem.meanwhile have head bath at-least alternate days, once dandruff is controlled hair fall automatically reduces. requirement of anti-fungal anti-dandruff can be advised after personal interview....if you want further clarification reply to this message

I have a continuous lower back ache. I did my X-ray and it is fine. Could you please tell what's wrong.
dear madam. 26 yrs lower back ache is unlikely due to serious cause. most common cause is excessive strain on back while working. kindly do back strengthening exercises and have balanced diet, add some vegetarian diet too. and hot fomentation you can try. if it is not getting reduced with these please let me know.

I am 26 now and working in an IT company. I don't have much work pressure. I travel for at least 20 Kms (it takes 1 Hr on an average) one way to office and same for return. I don't exercise other than walking post lunch and pre-dinner for some time. Issue: Hair fall has increased drastically. Hair density has reduced and is visible. Hair became light and thin. I feel, hair is not strong enough at roots. I go for head-shower at least once in a week. Please suggest me what I shall do to get new hair and increase hair density. Also, please suggest what I shall do to reduce hair fall. Note: Followed a Doctor's prescription for some skin issue at thighs around 6 months back. It was cured.
dear laksman kumar, 1st i want to you to clear that hair fall is not et all related to your past skin disease. hair fall is very complicated to diagnose as it can be caused by multiple reasons like pollution, stress, lack of proper nutrition, dandruff etc. kindly give further history so that we can advice u in this regard

Today I had climb upstairs 3 times till 6th floor but meri saans full rahi thi and my legs was also paining a lot and shivering and after some time later my neck getting some pressure it's like to be coughing is it normal or do I need to diagnose.
dear sneha. 1st of all 1 thing i want to clear that climbing of 6 floors is good exercise capacity for a normal daily moderately working people. if you want me to add more scientific details. climbing more than 5 flight of stairs requires at least >20ml/kg/min of o2 supply through lungs, which is far greater than normal consumption of 250 ml/min. so you are feeling all those symptoms. as far as my knowledge is concerned no need for further testing... if u want further clarification contact me by replying to this message

Constipation is the side effect of present day diet of fast foods. I advice you to have a lot of water just 1/2 after dinner and try natural remedies like having honey in the early morning, have 1/2 bananas @ night, have fruits having high fibre content like pineapple, sapota, and have green leafy vegetables, even if it is persisting consult me for medication,
