Nevertheless, its no rocket science, just be yourself make your partner comfortable, pay attention to their sexual needs as much as you pay to yours. Ask her what she wants, do not make it boring experiment, compliment her to let her feel more comfortable, do more foreplay before intercourse. If the pregnancy time 8 month the lady is lot's off times in urine pass is the any problem or not.

At this juncture the presenting part of the growing fetus decend further putting pressure to the bladder that may cause frequency of micturition. However if you have burning sensation while passing urine then you should get the urine tested for any infection.

Hi i am Suffering from gouty artheritis. Now the urinc acid levels are 8. 4 mg/dl (men). I observed that gradually increasing of uric acid levels even the continuation of medication and diet.

Hello Dr. My triglyceride level is 160 and cholesterol level is 100. Lab owner told me that you have low cholesterol. I also feel fatigue amd I have low libido. I m 22 years old. What should I eat to make normal that numbers.

Normally triglycerides levels in bliid should be less than 150 but you have 160 means that your triglycerides are borderline high------------now cholestrol is 100, now what type of cholestrol it is, whether total or ldl-----if your total cholestrol says 100, then it is normal as it should normally be less than 200 and if your ldl says 100, then it is borderline normal as ldl in blood should not be more than 100--------------------your fatique and low libido can be due to your weight problem-----please make the facts clear-----------------

Hello. So, i'm 16 years old and lately I have noticed that my hair has tend to fall out alot. I don't know why but it really bothers me. My hair has started to lose its volume and it is very thin right now. I don't know why, is it because of the shampoo or genetics or vitamin deficiency. I was using the OGX shampoo product for a while but then I stopped using it when I started to feel that my hair was becoming frizzy and uncontrollable so now i'm using the tresemme shampoo. Every morning I wake up, there will be strands of my hands left on my pillow. Even after I wash my hair and tie it with a towel there will be hair strands on it. This scares me every time. I really need my old hair back which was voluminous, thick and soft. Well, I have colored my hair twice before but I bleached it only once. The first coloring was temporary. So right when I heard that bleaching causes hair fall I stopped experimenting with my hair. I have also tried short hairstyle because people say that short hairstyles makes your hair look voluminous. It looks good a for a week but then later it loses its texture. What should I do? This worries me.

Dear, shampoos and oils do not make much change because, they hardly penetrate layers of skin, where roots (live part of hair) are present. Instead concentrate on food, if all other factors are fine. -protein rich diet, dry fruits-almonds, dates.

Dear, you can get a healthy muscular body by following methods: - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly for proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. There is in ayurveda mention pinda swed. It is a type of swedan karma [phomentation] but it do some another manner. 1. Boiled a rice in milk then take this rice in one white cloth then tied it properly and warmly it rub on your face every morning for 15 days then stop it and do next month again 2. Apply almond oil on your face and massage for 3-5 min at night. By doing above thing you will get good result.

This is dhatuksheenta or prameha. You should take chandraprabha vati 1-1 tab with milk twice a day. And pranacharya dhatupaushtik churna with milk twice a day. Avoid tea and coffee.
