Bppv can be treated by few positional exercises under experts guidance. Other ear problems have to be ruled out. Bppv is an inner ear disease associated with balance.
It is advisable to take after the infection subsides. Once you complete the course for acute tonsillitis then go for the dose.
Relaxation, biofeedback and exercise will be helpful. Go with distracting sounds like soft music or fan. Use hearing protection like plugs to avoid loud noise exposure. Can use antioxidant and vitamin b complex which are available.
