Back pain can be due to various reasons, since you are saying its in the morning, it suggests you have inflammation which can be relieved by taking cold compress, avoid heating pads in such situations.Best would be to consult an orthopedic and take physiotherapy treatment which will help if you have mechanical backache or posture related.

If you have pain during rest time that is your exam time and study must. Long sitting and forward bending both things crest back pain heat formation twice a day with rest time n stretch your back muscle. Take break evey half n hour otherwise you can go physiotherapy for muscle relaxion tens therapy bcoz this is your exam time to complete your study n for good exam.

I am a guy of 26 years old. I used to play many outdoor sports. I had an ankle sprain while playing football. I got an advice from doctor to put half plaster and be on crutches for 3 weeks as there was some ligament tear. I used it for 3 weeks. There is no pain in my ankle after that. But little bit of swelling is still there even after 3 months. Why is it so?

Dear Stanly, Because you had ligament tear you need to be cautious throughout your life to avoid any high impact weight bearing activites like jumping, running otherwisw it will precipitate and aggravate your pain. Swelling around your ankle means inflammation and for that you can go for some rest of the ankle joint, ice massage and you can use crepe bandage for some time to immobilise the joint. can keep you ankle in elevated position while sleeping or while resting. Do write to me if needed any further help.

Identify the mid point between the ankle bone and tendons and give pressure with a blunt edge on either side of your foot for 2 minutes. Also give pressure in the web between 2nd and 3rd finger from your toe for 2 minutes. Finally give a good massage for both feet in hot water. Identify the dipping portion on the back of your knee folding. Press this dip with both middle fingers and hold your knee with your thumbs for support. Please swing 20 times morning and evenings. This will relieve your problem. Consult after 10 days.

For the right hand pain it might be due to carpal tunnel syndrome, where the pain will be felt in the wrist. You can do hot water fermentation/ wax therapy for shoulder and for the wrist pain (hand pain) you can do ice therapy which will reduce the pain.

Hello dear, you seem to have a complete gr. 3 acl tear, as shown by the mri, which is now a days a very common injury sustained while playing games like football or involving a fall etc. Nowadays treatment for this type of injury is fairly simple and it involves an arthroscopic acl reconstruction using tendon grafts from your own thigh muscles, namely the semitendinosus and the gracilis muscles. After the surgery you will be pain free and be able to resume your day to day activities within 5-6 weeks time and return to sports and other activities in about 6-9 months time. Hope this helps.
