Follow these best tips for treatment of hair fall • Add protein containing items in your foods for healthy hair growth such as take a bowl of cereal daily and a glass of milk or 100 gm cheese or 1-2 eggs.. • To reduce hairfall, Practice Yogasana like SHIRSHASANA and SARWANGASANA only under the guidance of Expert. • you can use MAHABHRINGRAJ TEL of BAIDYANATH COMPANY and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. It increases blood circulation in your scalp and enhances hair growth. • Avoid the excess use of products such as hair colours or shampoo. * Take Vitamin-E rich foods like dry fruits (Almonds, Pista etc) daily. * Apply the egg yolk to the scalp atleast once a week. It gives nourishment to hair root and enhances hair growth.

For Urine infection. Get yourself checked for diabetes. You may take tab. Chandraprabha bati, 2 morning & 2 evening for 1 month & cap Doxi 1 one morning and evening. Fr 7 days Avoid non-veg, chilly & spicy food drink plenty of water. If pain is not relieved within 10 days, then go for following tests: CBC, Urine Routine, BSF, BSPP, HB1AC, & Sonography of KUB.

How I clean my face and get a glowing skin. I have acnes on my face. And my skin is very oily skin.
Clean with Neem water and fullers earth regularly. Once a day clean with lemon juice water. Oily food not to be taken. Use varnyadi Gana combo of 10 herbs described in Ayurveda. Start pranayam and meditation for few minutes a day and destress yourself. Varnyadi gana face pack is available with us also or collect the plants yourself.

Hi,to overcome this weakness, take Alfavena malt, 2 tsf, twice daily for 1 month. BC no. 27, 5 tabs twice daily. Take Biofungin syrup, 2 tsp twice daily. Drink plenty of water. Eat a well balanced nutritious diet. Take Sound sleep of 7-8 hours. Avoid stress and anger, try to be happy, have a positive attitude towards life. Revert me after 15 days.
