DENGUE FEVER

Dengue fever, also known as break-bone fever, is an infectious tropical disease caused by the dengue virus. Symptoms include fever, headache, muscle and joint pains, and a characteristic skin rash. In a small number of cases, the disease develops into the life-threatening dengue hemorrhagic fever, resulting in bleeding, low levels of blood platelets and plasma leakage or into dengue shock syndrome, where dangerously low blood pressure occurs.
In Ayurvedic perspectives, it comes under the category of Abhishangaja Jvara predominantly Pittaja in pathological ground. The complications represent Raktaja and Sannipataja Jvara.
Management:
 Take light, nutritive, warm and easily digestible foods and proper rest and sleep and maintain personal and environmental hygiene
 Avoid chilled foods & drinks, strenuous exertion and stressful conditions.
 Have cold milk with sugar candy
 Consume 2 gram Shunthi (Dry Ginger) powder twice daily with infusion prepared by adding 5 gram (one teaspoonful) of Guduchi (Giloye) powder in 100 ml (1/2 glass) of boiled water. Dose for children between 6 to 12 years of age will be half and for children below 6 years will be one fourth. One teaspoon of honey can be added to the infusion; and/or.
 One liter of water boiled with 10-15 Tulsi leaves and 10-15 gram Dhania (Coriander) powder for ten minutes and cooled to room temperature may be consumed at intervals of 3-4 hours .
 Visit your nearest qualified doctor or health service centre immediately if you develop any symptoms of dengue like:
• Fever • Rash • Body ache • Headache • Joint pains • Pain in eyes • Unexplained bleeding

General Instructions for prevention:
1. Screens/nets on doors a7nd windows.
2. Wear full sleeved shirts, pants, shoes and socks to keep body covered.
3. Use mosquito net.
4. Use mosquito repellents.
5. Patient should be kept inside mosquito net.
6. Do not keep open water and clean water logging.

Dear, Follow these best tips for treatment of hair fall • Add protein containing items in your foods for healthy hair growth such as take a bowl of cereal daily and a glass of milk or 100 gm cheese or 1-2 eggs.. • To reduce hairfall, Practice Yogasana like SHIRSHASANA and SARWANGASANA only under the guidance of Expert. • you can use MAHABHRINGRAJ TEL of BAIDYANATH COMPANY and apply it 3 times in a week massage your scalp for 10 to 15 minutes daily. I advice you take lukewarm water in the morning, then after go for brisk walk atleast 45minutes and do exercise 10 to 15 minutes. Take healthy breakfast daily. Don't skip breakfast. Use salad before lunch / dinner. You should take lots of water (10 to 12 in a day) use skim milk (without fat) and you should take green leafy vegetales and fruits,

Hello doc, my this month period is not not yet started my date was 7th Nd I checked pregnancy test but it's negative, I been to doc Nd she gave premature some kind of tab, she said after taking this my period will start, but it's been I week it's not yet started doc Nd suddenly I'm feeling that my stomach was bloating from fews days I have taken omee tab for gas I have taken from Medical store, even I feeling fever Nd cold from last week. high cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Avoid fast foods,oily foods,junk foods,alcohol,smoking,fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress, take green veg., whole grain. Take anti cholesterol medicines .

Apply hing on naval area to release gases. U may have hing and warm water together. Try to drink warm water the whole day. Dont have sprouted beans and avoid fizz drinks also. U may chew leaves of fresh pudina also.

You cannot work on a specific body part. You have to work on overall fat loss and toning. Try to eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Include exercises that tone your back and abdominal muscles too. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets and singular ab exercises or ab machines will not give you targeted results. The fats will remain as it is. It's all about overall work out and balanced diet.

Do learn and practise under guidance from neuro physiotherapist of stretching and strengthening exercises it doesn't increase with gym exercises if it is done under supervision best wishes.

Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Ibuprofen 200mg od & sos x 5days. Bio d3 max 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. Do reply back for detailed treatment plan. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.
