I'm 20 years old and my penis erects upto 9 inches. And it is quite thick, around 2 inches. Like literally! I recently had sex with my girlfriend. She enjoyed alot but complained me about a thing. A day after we had sex, she showed me her vaginas and it was swollen up as fuck, it was fully opened up and widened up. I m recommending you an following remedy which will surely help you Mix one a part of fresh raw juice with one part of honey. Take 1/4 glass of the combination three times on a daily basis. Take one glass of walnuts, one glass of dried apricots,1 glass of raisins (choose the type while not seeds), one glass of prunes and a pair of lemons with the skin still on them. Grind all ingredients, add one 1/2 glass of honey and stir everything. Take one table spoon of the combination three times each day one hour before meals until you end the entire portion. Core strengthening exercises- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day.

You seem to be suffering from urine infection. Get urine complete examination and culture sensitivity tests done. After giving sample for urine tests start norflox 400 twice daily for three days. Once culture report comes take antibiotics accordingly for 10 days. Repeat tests 3 days after stopping antibiotics to rule out any residual infection. Take plenty of plain water and lime water.

You need to check your vitamin d3 and b12 status. Also check for thyroid. You need to exercise 5 days a week with 2 days of cardio vascular and 3 days of weight training. Eat all fruits and vegetables. You need a diet which comprises of whole grains like jowar, bajra, wheat, brown rice, pulses like moong, musoor, bengal gram, lots of vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish, chicken, paneer, healthy oil, nuts and seeds. You need to eat them in right proportion. Avoid eating sugar and sweets, refined foods like maida, noodles pasta, white rice and products, bread. Drink a lot of water.

If you have a single episode of loose stools then it can be invective and has to be treated according to stool routine and microscopic report either with antibiotics or probiotics. But if you get this kind of loose stools frequently then one has to do tests to rule out inflammatory bowel disease.

My friend got the report conclusion as below: - Mild broad posterior, right far lateral disc protrusions at L4-L5 level - Moderate right paracentral extrusion of disc material and bilateral facetal arthrosis at L5-S1 level. Is surgery required and what is the best solution for complete recovery. Currently he finds his right leg losing its strenght. Currently he is 41 years of age. Please help.

Your friend has a disc prolapse at 2 levels L4-L5 and L5-S1 levels which is compressing the nerves supplying the legs, which is the cause of his pain. Initially nonsurgical treatment in the form of medications and spine exercises should be tried which relives symptoms in most cases. However if symptoms persist, become worse or reccur, surgery is warranted. In a snall percentage of people, If there is loss of urinary or bowel control then surgery becomes an emergency.

For fever take one tablet paracetamol 650 mg and can repeat it after eight hours as and when needed and I will suggest you to eat nutritious home made food with adequate fluid intake and take physical rest.

ALTHOUGH a sumptuous dinner often makes us feel sleepy, it's not always a good idea to pack in a big meal too close to bedtime. Apart from the rumblings of your stomach trying to digest your food, it can be uncomfortable lying down with a full stomach. Depending on what is causing or contributing to fecal incontinence, your healthcare professional may recommend one or more of the following: Changes in diet Medications Pelvic floor muscle exercises “bowel training” Diet Both constipation and diarrhea can contribute to fecal incontinence. If you have constipation, drinking enough water and other clear liquids (eight or more 8-ounce glasses daily) and adding high-fiber foods to your diet can make your stools softer and easier to pass. Whole grains, fruits, vegetables, dried beans and other legumes are all good sources of fiber. Ask your healthcare provider whether you should also take fiber supplements. Be sure to increase the amount of fiber in your diet gradually. If you overdo it, you may develop diarrhea. Caffeine which can also contribute to diarrhea and fecal incontinence as well and should be limited by cutting back on items such as cola drinks, coffee, tea, cocoa and chocolate. Medication If necessary, your healthcare professional may prescribe drugs or recommend over-the-counter medications. He or she may recommend a “bulking agent” such as methylcellulose, to make stools bulkier and less watery. If you have diarrhea and it continues even after you make changes to your diet, your healthcare professional may prescribe an antidiarrheal medication such as loperamide (Imodium). There are some prescription and over-the-counter medications may cause diarrhea or constipation as a side effect, and your health care provider should check your regular medications for these potential problems. Exercises and biofeedback Exercises that strengthen your pelvic floor muscles may improve your ability to control your bowels. Your healthcare provider can show you how to do these exercises. He or she may also teach you how to use biofeedback—a technique for training your body by closely focusing on information it provides—to make sure you’re doing the exercises properly. Biofeedback can help re-train pelvic floor and nearby muscles. Bowel Training “Bowel training” can be particularly helpful if cognitive problems or physical disabilities are contributing to fecal incontinence. Training involves trying to have a bowel a movement at scheduled times of each day—say, after every meal. It can improve constipation by getting the body used to, or in the habit of, having regular bowel movements. But going to bed hungry is just as likely to cause problems, especially if your blood sugar levels are unduly low.
