Yes your vitamin d level is definitely below normal and could be causing bone tenderness. Vit. D is not available through vegetarian diet but daily exposure to sunlight can produce needed vit d, so expose your body to before noon sun daily. Present deficiency will need external vit d in therapeutic dose to be prescribed by your physician.

There are 2 kinds of tulsi leaves we come across. One is" ram tulsi" (which is lighter in shade) and the other one is" shyam tulsi" (which is darker in shade) you have to consume 10-15 leaves of" shyam tulsi" which means the leaves with darker shade. Take 10 to 15 leaves of shyam tulsi and grind it into a paste. Boil this paste in 200 ml of water until the water comes down to the level of 100 ml. Consume this water swallowing (never chew tulsi) the leave remains daily in 3 installments without break. I guarantee you that you will feel better instantly and will get a permanent cure in some days. Besides natural remedies doesn't even have any side effects along with them. Besides keep yourself warm and away from cold/heat.

Swelling in legs can be due to various reasons like thyroid, prolong standing and sitting, effect of some of medicine, and kidney not functioning properly. It can be treated by restricting your salt intake in diet and at night while sleeping use 2-3 pillows to elevate your legs. It will surely help.

Shoulder pain is common in cricket due to the repeated action of throwing the ball. In most cases shoulder pain is caused by rotator cuff tendonitis, which occurs when the tendons surrounding the rotator cuff become swollen. This injury is usually due to overuse. The rotator cuff is a group of four muscles which serves to protect the shoulder joint. Treatment will usually involve resting the affected shoulder and taking medication to reduce swelling and minimise pain. In cases where symptoms are persistent, surgery may be carried out to prevent injury in the future. The shoulder should be rested until it has started to heal; gentle exercises and physiotherapy will help to gradually build strength around the joint and increase flexibility and movement. It is important to allow sufficient rest periods between demanding sessions of physical activity. Exercises and stretches will help to increase flexibility and strength; this will help to prevent injuries in the future. Please consult orthopedic doctor or physiotherapist in person for detail assessment and management of your shoulder pain.

Ice therapy would definitely help to reduce the inflammation. We also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. Stiffness might have developed due to weakness of the ligaments & inflammed cartilage. Specific knee exercises will also help ie. Keeping ball underneath the knee and keep pressing it. That's the simple exercise which will help you to strengthen the knee Simple Knee ExerciesSpecific knee exercises will also help ie. Keeping ball underneath the knee and keep pressing it.
