Wrinkle Removal and Skin Tightening Treatments!

The quality of a person’s skin says a lot about their age. As the years go by, your skin loses its elasticity and firmness and wrinkles and fine lines become increasingly prominent. Everyone wants to look younger and boast of the skin they once had but not everyone wants to undergo cosmetic surgery for the same. Thankfully, there are a number of noninvasive techniques that can help tighten skin and reduce wrinkles.

Botox Injections
Botox or botulinum injections are one of the most popular ways to erase fine line, crow’s feet, and wrinkles. This is extracted from botulinum bacteria and can be used on the forehead, around the eyes, cheeks, and neck. The injection is relatively pain-free and takes only a few minutes but its effects are temporary. The results become apparent 3 to 7 days after the injection and to maintain your look, you will need to take the injections every 3 to 6 months.

Chemical Peels
This involves the use of an acid solution that removes the top layer of dead cells from the skin. It can be used to address fine lines, wrinkles, sun spots etc. There are many different types of chemical peels that may be used depending on the extent of treatment required. Chemical peels should be only applied in a certified dermatologist’s clinic.

Microdermabrasion
Microdermabrasion is a non-surgical technique that exfoliates the top layer of skin with tiny crystals. In doing so, it helps treat fine lines, acne and tightens the skin. The effects of microdermabrasion are subtle and you may need up to ten sessions to see a noticeable difference.

INTRAgen

intragenic is a skin treatment method that utilizes the radio frequency device. This method works very well for the purposes of skin toning, tightening and rejuvenation. As it works on radio frequency method, it penetrates the deepest layer of the dermis and remodels the existing collagen. Moreover, it also stimulates neo-collagen and effectively tones and tightens the skin.

HiFu is a non-invasive method of skin treatment that uses the ultrasound to tighten, tone and also lift the sagging skin on the face. it is also called “non surgical facelift” or skin tightening by some experts and people. This method works best for aged people who are worried about their loosening and sagging skin due to age or any other reasons.

Nonablative Laser
This type of laser therapy is ideal for people who want to improve their skin tone and texture. It can also be used to treat brown patches on the skin. Without damaging the outer layer, it stimulates collagen production and makes the skin firmer and tighter. For the results to be visible, 4 to 6 sessions may be needed.

Light Therapy
Like lasers, intense pulsed light therapy can be used to address the dermis. This form of treatment involves directing short pulses of light at the dermis that destroy cells and aid in renewing the skin. Along with treating redness and patches, it also stimulates collagen to increase the skin’s elasticity. In case you have a concern or query you can always consult an expert & get answers to your questions!

While your hair mostly depends on your genetics; stress, hormonal imbalance and poor diet have a great influence on your hair growth. Start by following a good diet - Eat adequate amount of protein. Your hair is made up mainly of proteins. Include skimmed milk, cottage cheese, lentils in diet. Vitamin C, Zinc and Vitamin B are other important nutrients for great hair health. So include lot of fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains in your daily diet. Next important step is to follow good hair care - Oiling your hair with a mixture of oils like olive, sesame, coconut and castor oil keeps provides moisture to your hair and prevent them from drying and breakage. Once in a week apply a good hair mask. You can mix and prepare different types of masks using green tea, olive oil, milk, gooseberry, etc. You can also start with zinc and biotin supplements. For pimples on scalp , you should start taking some antibiotics under medical advice.

Dandruff is one of the reason for hairfall Dandruff may be the result of a dry scalp, or a skin condition called seborrheic dermatitis. It could also be caused by eczema, psoriasis, or, very commonly, an overgrowth of a yeastlike fungus called malassezia. You must try natural way to treat dandruff - 1 Tea tree oil - One study showed that shampoos with just 5 percent tea tree oil significantly improves the severity of dandruff. You can also add a few drops of tea tree oil to your favorite shampoo as you wash normally. 2. Baking soda - Your kitchen could hold the key to an itch-free, flake-free scalp. Wet your hair and then rub a handful of baking soda vigorously into your scalp. Skip the shampoo and go right to rinsing. Baking soda reduces overactive fungi that can cause dandruff. Your hair may get dried out at first, but after a few weeks your scalp will start producing natural oils, leaving your hair softer and free of flakes. 3. Apple cider vinegar - apple cider vinegar as a dandruff treatment, as the acidity of apple cider vinegar changes the pH of your scalp, making it harder for yeast to grow. Mix a quarter cup apple cider vinegar with a quarter cup water in a spray bottle and spritz on your scalp. Wrap your head in a towel and let sit for 15 minutes to an hour, then wash your hair as usual. Do this twice a week. 4. Coconut oil - coconut oil is a "tried and true" dandruff treatment, and it smells nice too. Before showering, massage 3-5 tablespoons of coconut oil into your scalp and let sit for about an hour. Shampoo normally. You can also look for a shampoo that already contains coconut oil. 5. Lemon - Just massage 2 tablespoons lemon juice into your scalp and rinse with water. Then stir 1 teaspoon lemon juice into 1 cup water and rinse your hair with it. Repeat this daily until your dandruff disappears. Lemon's acidity helps balance the pH of your scalp, which helps keeps dandruff at bay. 6. Table salt - The abrasiveness of ordinary table salt works great for scrubbing out dandruff flakes before you shampoo. Grab a saltshaker and shake some salt onto your dry scalp. Then work it through your hair, giving your scalp a massage. You'll find you've worked out the dry, flaky skin and are ready for a shampoo. Just try out the above things. Besides this if it doesn't work then you will need a good homeopathic medicine. So do consult us.

100 hairs. 1% of hairs present on scalp is a normal count of hair fall. So no need to worry. You can take some general measures like take biotin supplements, wash your hairs regularly with shampoos without sls, avoid stress and protect hairs from enviornmental pollution.

Hair grows in cycles. Each cycle consists of a long growing phase (anagen), a brief transitional apoptotic phase (catagen), and a short resting phase (telogen). At the end of the resting phase, the hair falls out (exogen) and a new hair starts growing in the follicle, beginning the cycle again. Normally, about 50 to 100 scalp hairs reach the end of resting phase each day and fall out. When significantly more than 100 hairs/day go into resting phase, clinical hair loss (telogen effluvium) may occur. A disruption of the growing phase causing abnormal loss of anagen hairs is an anagen effluvium. Causes of hairfall:- 1. Androgen hormone 2. Drugs (including chemotherapeutic agents) 3. Infection (eg, tinea capitis, kerion, cellulitis of the scalp) 4. Systemic disorders (disorders that cause high fever, sle, endocrine disorders, and nutritional deficiencies) 5. Alopecia areata first thing is to rule out any of these causes which will be of diagnostic value only but for immediate relief you can go for constitutional homoeopathic treatment which will remove your hairfall tendency from the root itself.
