I have pain in left side of chest. actually I have vertigo problem due to ear imbalance. I faced this attack two times after a gap of a year. So due to fear pain increases as I feel. For this I undergo ecg test 3 times but it is fine. What is happening I am not able to understand. Pls suggest the issue or cure. Also I want the permanent cure for vertigo problem. Thanks.

Vertigo is caused by many more things, as the exact pathology is unknown. Though lots of ayurvedic medicine are there which helps to complete cure of the same. Hi lybrate-user, if you are taking anti hypertensive medicines and still have high bp, you should not do very rigorous exercises. First get your bp under control with medications and then you may take up exercise as a measure to maintain it at normal levels along with medications.

I am 28 year old woman. I tested whole body check up in June 2016, in report I found my total cholesterol was 382 and triglycerides was 216. Then I started to take rosuvastatin tablets for three months. Then I tested again 28 Nov, I found its 383 and triglyceride is 230. please suggest me what I do.

Every pain on chest need not b due to heart. Get checked for basic tests like ecg, echo, stress test, blood test for sugar and total lipids. You can apply calapure on chicken pox marks but do maintain basic hygiene. Do writ back with symptoms if any.

Dear, To control & maintan BP normal these are best methods to follow:.• Do physical exercise like jogging or brisk walk for atleast 20-30 minutes. • Maintain your cholesterol level to normal & eat least amount of butter, cream or fatty things. • Eat less amount of pickle, salt and fast food as they contain high sodium levels. • Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking. • Take less amount of caffine containing coffee, tea or cold drinks because caffine causes increase BP. • Drink 8 to 10 glass of water daily • Take 6 to 8 hrs of sleep daily. Do not take too much stress. • Do long breathing pranayams (Anulom- Vilom, Bhramari) daily for 10 - 15 minutes. It will reduce your stress level in your body. • Eat healthy diet such as green leafy vegetables, fruits. • Take 5 ml of GULAB Jal added in a glass of water daily once a day.

Obesity isassociated with several co-morbid conditions: dyslipidemia,hypertension,hyperglycaemia,non alcoholic fatty liver disease and a conglomeration of conditions known as metabolic syndrome.
For Asians BMI cut off as between 23- 24.9kg/m2 and more than 25/kg/m2 is called overweight and obesity respectively.
Determinants of obesity are ,nutritional transition,rural to urban migration,physical inactivity,socio-economic and cultural factors and genetics.
Evidence is available for effective intervention programs with emphasis on nutrition,physical activity and lifestyle changes in childrens and also in adults for prevention of OBESITY, TYPE2 DIABETES AND DYSLIPIDAEMIA.

For a healthy lifestyle with a heart disease few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast, khaari ,naan ,white bread. Can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water.

To control or maintan BP normal there are some instructions are given below: •Do not take salt in high amount or try to avoid it because high sodium level increase BP. • Eat less amount of pickle and fast food, fast food contain high sodium. • Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking. • Take less amount of coffee and tea both increase BP. • Drink 7 to 8 glass of water daily. • Do exercise daily, jogging and long walk. Start exercises with 5to 10 minutes increase timing slowly. • Take 6 to 8 hrs of sleep daily. Do not take too much stress. • Do long breathing pranayams daily for 10 - 15 minutes. It will reduce your stress level in your body. • Avoid taking too much fat foods such as butter, cheese, ghee. • Eat healthy diet such as green leafy vegetables, fruits. Eat an apple daily.

1. Do regular aerobic exercise like brisk walk for 30 minutes every day 2.Reduce your weight if overweight 3.Reduce salt, and sugar intake intake 4. Drink plenty of water 5. Take bland diet, plenty of green leafy vegetables, Fruits 6.Stop smoking and consumption of alcohol, Tobacco, 7.Avoid stress, anxiety, physical and mental exertion 8.Do Yoga, Meditation, and deep breathing exercise 9. At your age it might not be that much serious. It might be a muscular pain. Take tablet zerodol sos for pain and tablet rantac 150 empty stomach 5 days. Pls consult again if problem persist.

Hi gs lybrate-user tips for weight loss eat fresh vegetables daily. Avoid having sugar completely. Eat whole wheat bread instead of white bread; avoid everything made from white flour and make whole wheat bread, chapattis and brown rice a way of life. Do not skip a meal and eat three meals a day. Drink plenty of water to eliminate the toxins from the system. Limit your fat intake to 2-3 teaspoons a day. Increase the fiber intake as it provides a sense of fullness and also prevents hunger pangs. Take antioxidants for protecting the body against the toxins released during weight loss. Exercise catalyzes your efforts to lose weight and even regular walking for thirty minutes can give you the benefits of an aerobics exercise. To improve the metabolism, try increasing the duration, frequency, intensity of your daily workout. Remember that maintaining the ideal weight is a lifetime commitment and not a short-term affair. Hello, for controlling bp try to avoid processed foods and salt intake. Can also use low sodium salt. Also for sugar or diabetes problem, atleast walking is important. Meals should be taken at regular intervals or gaps of 2-3 hours. Water intake should also be checked. Do not stress. Try to avoid any kind of alcoholic beverages. Still if required, can have 30 ml red wine once a while.

Fetal heart sound can be heard around 10-12 weeks by fetal doppler. You can be able to know about it as early as 8 weeks through fetal ultrasound.
