Burn fats and calories healthy diet to lose weight leave carbonated beverages eating vegetables to lose weight eating fruits to lose weight stop eating sugar lose weight fast reduce sodium lose weight herbal tea to lose weight eat low calorie foods drink plenty of water avoid sweets eat more vegetables you need to take a balanced diet eat low calorie foods avoid sweets and fast food do not skip four meals.

First of all you should follow some basic thing 1. Avoid=hot and cold at time 2. Less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3. Do not drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4. Avoid late night sleep 5. Avoid to eat spicy food, besan, bekary food, overeating, junk food. 6. Every 3 day in month eat mung dal and rice for whole day.

Mr. Lybrate-user, hba1c% <5.7% is normal, 5.7 to 6.4 % is prediabetic and > or equal to 6.5 % is diabetes. Fasting glucose >126 mg, pp >200 mg also is diabetes.

Sir I have daily thin discharge stool and my platelets are getting low. Now Its 162000. 15 days ago it was 185,000. I feel tired and small headache. It may be liver problem or not? I do not drink and smoke.

Take plenty of fluids. Avoid milk ,fried food, oily food. Take rice dal combination, daliya,khichdi, take normal food. Avoid gastric food. Take rest.

I and my wife is same blood group and my wife is having sugar. So can you tell me is there any problem having child.
Same blood group is not a problem but if one is anaemic Hb electrophoresis for both partners should be done to avoid having a thalassemic child. Blood sugar should be in tight control peripregnancy period.

My weight increases even though my intake of food is very less.
Its necessary to follow a healthy lifestyle as fat loss is a gradual process. There is no quick fix approach. Following a healthy diet which has optimal amounts of first-class proteins (dairy products, eggs, chicken etc) reduced carbohydrates (white rice, poha etc) & healthy fats (almonds.
