Eat small but frequent meals. Avoid long gaps in between meals. Avoid junk as far as possible. Exercise at least 4 times a week. Knee pain could be due to lack of activity and increased weight on legs. If persists get it checked. Lastly be committed. Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer. All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is. So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips. I am sure it will at least help you with initial fat loss.

The best way to avoid these health problems is to maintain a healthy weight. And the keys to healthy weight are regular exercise and good eating habits. To stay active, try to exercise 30 to 60 minutes every day. Your exercise doesn’t have to be hard. Walking, swimming, and stretching are all good ways to burn calories and can help you stay fit. Try these activities to get moving: Go outside for a walk. Take the stairs instead of the elevator. Walk or bike to places (such as school or a friend’s house) instead of driving. If you have to drive somewhere, park farther away than you need to and walk the extra distance. Tackle those household chores, such as vacuuming, washing the car, or cleaning the bathroom – they all burn calories. Alternate activities so you don’t get bored: Try running, biking, skating. Limit your time watching TV or playing video games; even reading a book burns more energy. Go dancing — it can burn more than 300 calories an hour! Eating well doesn’t mean dieting over and over again to lose a few pounds. Instead, try to make healthy choices every day. Soft drinks, fruit juices, and sports drinks are loaded with sugar; drink fat-free or low-fat milk or water instead. Eat ample amount of fruit and vegetables every day. Follow these best tips to get in shape and loose weight.* body become over weight due to deposition of fatty tissues. First you should follow diet plan for weight loss. * in morning, take 2-3 chapattis witha bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of without cream milk after 2 hour of breakfast. *in lunch you can take a bowl of soupor salad. *in evening, you can take a cup of teawith glucose biscuits. *in dinner, you can take a bowl of fruits or 2 chapattis with a bowl of vegetables. * for thighs - work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. To reduce the tummy, * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily * lie down on plain surface, put your hands on the back of head by folding your elbows, now move your head towads the knees try to touch your knees with forehead and then move back and lie down. Repeat it for 5-10 times daily for flat tummy. * do surya namaskar yoga everyday, as surya namaskar have 12 forms of yoga. Hi Lybrate User, Never give up on your health quest. If one method is not working try something else. Maybe your diet is not correct. Also maybe your workout is not designed for fat loss. Most gym trainers waste time on unnecessary exercises which don't help in weight loss. Out of 60 mins. .. 40 Mins should do Cardio 10 Mins Abs & Stretches 10 Mins Strength based. dumbells etc ... Cardio means... Treadmill @ Speed 8 or more / Cycling Speed 30+ / Skipping./ Aerobics .. Use Myfitnesspal App and use it to lose weight. You will be able to monitor your diet and exercise accurately. .. There are No supplements or medicines to lose weight.. You will end up wasting lots of money and time on such gimmicks. .. Proper diet + proper exercise is the only way forward.

Hi, you should go for brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes. Take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. Include more fruits, sprouts and vegetables. Eat salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Don't take rice at night. Take small and frequent meals.

The following items are deleted:- a) butter, ghee and coconuts chutney. B) fried food items. C) egg yolk. D) high calorie fruits like banana.

Your weight & height are missing here. It is generally noticed that the people who fast for long hours (self dieting), tend to put on more weight because their body start storing even carbs. To loose with heathy food like eat every 2-3 hours in moderate amounts, a combination of more fibre, whole grains, sprouts, legumes, salads, 3-4 cups green tea, 1 fist dry fruits to have virgin fats, no to aerated & sugary beverages, junk foods, fast foods etc. And exercise for 45 min including yoga especially kapal bharti - 15 min every day.

Underweight is a term describing a person whose body weight is considered too low to be healthy. The definition usually refers to people with a body mass index (bmi) of under 18.5 a weight 15% to 20% below that normal for their age and height group. Low weight may be due to improper diet, reduced assimilation from intestine, illness, metabolism, genetics etc. Thus first we have to rule out any such condition, with this have a healthy diet with more proteins (legumes, eggs, fish, lean meat, vegetables and fruits, drink plenty of water and go for regular exercise. Your BMI is 23.46 which means you are in 'Normal' weight range. Below this it will be difficult to reduce weight since your body does not have too much of extra fat. However if you aim to further cut down your weight it will be possible if you can dedicate about 90 mins daily for intense Cardio exercise + monitor your calories intake with an eagle eye. 1. You can use the app - 'Myfitnesspal' to keep a daily track of calories in-out. This will give you the precise answer to your doubts. 2. Focus on doing 90 mins intense cardio exercises. 3. Take 3 fruits + 2 cucumbers daily. 4. One glass water every hour. 5. Cut down all forms of sweets. 6. Eat mindfully. # Try all these steps, it will work.

Your bmi is 31.54 kg/m2 showing grade 1 obesity. I am not aware what all the measures you have done to reduce weight. Please give details of thyroid test report, let me see that. Secondly your diet has to be based on (for caloric value) on ideal body weight that is 60 kgs, since you want to cut weight your total intake has to be very well regulated. That means daily calories should be restricted to a maximum of 1200 to 1300 kcal/day. Plus you will have to exercise for at least 1 hour. Brisk walking, aerobic exercise, jogging, skipping and swimming are to be undertaken. This has to continue for at least over a period of 3 to 4 years with same intensity. You should aim at a reduction of 5 to 8 % of present weight, initially.

I will suggest you to do suryanamaskar daily as per your capacity for a minimum of six months and few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast , khaari ,naan ,white bread . can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water

The best diet is one which is healthy and well balanced with foods from all the food groups, and one which is varied and that you can stick to weight loss on some diets can be dramatic in the short term, but there's more of a chance of rebound weight gain. Set yourself a realistic target and aim to lose between (0.5-1.0kg) a week I strongly accommodate the patient's own preferences without the patient feeling that they are on a diet not compromising the weight management goals. Don't fall for self dieting or fad diets available online they have harmful effects in the long run, if you lose a lot of weight very quickly, you may not lose as much fat as you would with a more modest rate of weight loss. Instead, you might lose water weight or even lean muscle tissue, since it's hard to burn that many fat calories in a short period. After assessing your personal challenges to weight loss, one can recommend a strategy to gradually change habits and attitudes that have sabotaged your past efforts. Also the overall objective should not be to drastically reduce weight but doing it gradually and help rebuild body tissues and to maintain ideal body weight.
