It's not a big problem unless it is very much deviated. Most people will have slight bent towards right or left.

Likely you are having multiple fat balls (lipomas). You need to get it excised if concerned about cosmetic reason.

Likely fissure in ano. Sit in a tub with like warm water before and after defecation, use antibiotics and pain killers.
