It might be fibrosis and nothing to be done and for cosmetic purposes if you want than you can get it removed by surgery

Hello, your weight is controlled by 4 major factors (1) refined sugar consumption (2) exercise and hydration (3) posture and sitting (4) how many times do you indulge yourself - alcohol, binge eating at parties, overeating etc. Step 01: refined sugar 1. Avoid all snacks and commercial products with sugar in them - biscuits, cakes, bournvita, horlicks, coke, pepsi, energy drinks, sweetened yogurt etc. 2. Cut down on your daily intake of tea/coffee and maintain it at 3-4 cups a day. 3. Try to add little sugar to any beverage (coffee, tea, milk, lemon water etc.) that you have and ideally you should refrain from adding any sugar altogether. Step 02: get exercise and proper hydration 1. Try to work out for 20 minutes each day. You do not necessarily have to go to the gym. You can incorporate some pretty powerful exercises in your daily routine like - squats, skipping, surya namaskar and core exercises. 2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday but remember that tea/coffee are not substitutes for pure water. Step 03: improve posture and sitting habits if you have a sitting job then ensure that you do not sit for more than 30 minutes at one stretch. Get up and move a little after every 30 minutes. Step 04: stop indulging and eat more of raw natural stuff 1. Try to eliminate the urge to overeat but if you do overeat try to limit the incidents to two times per week. 2. Eat 6 small meals throughout the day 3. Eat 4 servings of fruits per day. 4. Each of your meal should contain 50% of raw vegetables. Once you incorporate the above points in your routine you will see a dramatic difference in your weight, physical shape and energy levels.

Mr. Lybrate-user, your cough can be easily managed with some specific antibiotics and cough syrup, but most important is to control diabetes effectively, because 410 mg blood glucose is one of the main reasons for inviting infections and aggravating those. Plus at such a young age it absolutely essential for you achieve a very strict glucose control. Fasting should be around 100 mg and pp 150 to 160 mg/100 ml. Hba1c%<6.8. So please take care of that. It may be necessary to upgrade current treatment, with some additional drugs. It will be good if you come with all the details as mentioned above plus dietary pattern and extent of daily exercise. Hair fall may be various causes. Some of them are 1. Improper diet intake of protein 2. Pollution 3. Stress, too much worry 4. Fungle infection in scalp 5. Dandruff 6. Due some systemic disease like hypothyroidism, anemia, vitamin b12 deficiency, calcium deficiency etc. Start below mention tips. 1. Eat healthy and balanced food like pulses (soyabin is best for hair), egg, green leafy vegetables, fishes, fruits and nuts etc. 2. Drink more water (12 to 15 glass per day) 3. 2 readings are negative ,means that you are not pregnant. For reassurance, get a blood test for beta hcg done. Regarding after how many days after relationship the woman gets pregnant-there is no rule. The midweek is most fertile phase. Get checked for delayed periods by getting ultrasound done to rule out PCOD. Get back here with reports and more guidance as I want to rule out simple things first before subjecting you to blood tests -hormone profile tests / thyroid profile / liver and kidney profile tests.

These are the methods to treat fastly pimples: • Imbalance in hormone level causes excessive sebum production and causes acne. So do not take stress and do exercise daily such as running, jogging and long breathing exercises. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily. • Do not touch your pimple because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp. Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Steam your face to open the pores, which in turn clear the skin. Steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTASHODAK SYRUP of BAIDYANATH company once a day. You can consult me privately for more medicine treatment & doubts. Be healthy.

Agoraphobia is a condition in which a person avoids a number of otherwise ordinary activities and places, including some that the person used to enjoy before the trouble started. This avoidance usually develops in response to panic attacks. Unfortunately, it's precisely a person's efforts to protect himself from panic which create the greater problem of agoraphobia. Agoraphobia treatment based on cognitive behavioral methods can help you overcome agoraphobia with two key steps. First, you learn how to respond to panic attacks in ways that calm them down, rather than aggravate the situation. Secondly, as you get better with those skills, you practice them in more and more challenging circumstances, until you have regained all the territory that you previously gave up to panic. Healthy tips for diabetics 1. Eat food at fixed hours. 2. Do not eat immediately after a workout. 3. Do not overeat. 4. If you are on insulin, make sure you have three proper meals with light snacks in between. 5. Do not eat fast; masticate and munch your food well before you swallow. 6. Drink a lot of water that will help flush the toxins off your system. 7. Make sure the gaps between your meals are short. 8. Avoid fried foods and sweetmeats. 9. Include fresh vegetable salad in every meal. 10. Have at least 20 to 25 grams of raw onion daily. These are general guidelines for you. Feel free to consult me for detailed diet chart.

You can't change this timing so work around it. Avoid heavy meals late at night. Try to have your dinner early. Later at night try and have a very light snack or meal and early morning you can have a fruit or milk or dry fruits. Have a healthy breakfast. Sleep well after an hour of breakfast. Try to do some yoga or walking etc at least thrice a week or whenever you get time. Avoid fasting for long or feasting late into the night. If you manage a discipline you can avoid major health issues.

The first thing you have to do is to develop a positive attitude towards your goal. You need to understand that transforming your physique is going to take a lot of time. These things don't work that easily. It's going to take a lot of hard work and consistency 1. Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. Begin with body weight exercises like push up, pull up and squats. Weight training proves to be really helpful if you want to gain good quality weight. Train each body part twice a week. For example: Monday/Thursday: Chest + Triceps Tuesday/Friday: Back + Biceps Wednesday/Saturday: Legs + Shoulders Don't forget to warm up for at least 10 - 15 minutes. Warm up includes jumping, rope skipping, treadmill, cycling, stair climbing, etc. 2. Eat Healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 2 - 3 hours. Some of the recommended food items are boiled chicken and eggs, brown rice, brown bread, peanut butter, olive oil (extra virgin), green tea, dry fruits etc. 3. Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4. Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats are best sources of healthy carbohydrates but do not include these items in your dinner. 5. Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Boiled chicken and eggs are the best sources of fat free protein. Sprouts are also rich in protein. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.
