If you want painkiller, go to pharmacy and buy one. They will give you painkiller. If you want treatment, consult shoulder specialist orthopedic surgeon. Treatment for pain is not painkiller. It depends upon cause of pain. When people start to understand this, they will start to consult doctors.

Hi there. I am having problem with my back and hips pain. I work eight hours a day by sitting in front of computer on a flexible office chairs. The problem is when I used to sit for long time the pain starts. My back as well as my hips starts paining. And this only happen when I used to sit for long time. Due to this I am not able to sleep properly at night. Lower part of my back near the hips starts paining. Would you pls suggest me some good exercise or any medical treatment. Thanks.

Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.

Hi, if its a steroid injection try to avoid. Hyluronic acid can be given for temporary relief for 6 months to 1 yr, post your x rays as well that will be better idea.

Hi back pain usually occurs due to prolonged sitting in a bad posture hence the pressure on the back increases and you get back pain as your muscle don't support any undue pressure so for this now you can start with a hot packs for ten minutes twice a day and also start strengthening your core muscles.

This may be a ligament injury around the foot and may not be prominent on an x ray. An mri will be needed to evaluate this and ankle support braces will be required along with bedrest for recovery.

. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Back Stretching- lie flat, pull one of the knee forward to chest, hold for 3 seconds, then bring the other knee forward to the chest and again hold for 3 seconds. Then pull both knees towards the chest and hold for 3 seconds. Repeat 10 times each exercise twice a day. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Walk regularly. Maintain weight. Eat green leafy vegetables and fruits. Execute muscles around the knee joint. Take pain medicines if pain is severe. Please if pain still persists consider total knee replacement surgery for long lasting pain relief from arthritis.
