I understand your loss and how you must be feeling about it. The loss of a loved one does cause all of us to feel low and affects daily activities etc. If however you find that you are unable to sleep, maintain appetite and take care of yourself pls do not hesitate to consult a psychiatrist and take grief therapy. It is true that everyone goes through grief however how much it affects each of us varies.

Dear lybrate user, I appreciate you for donating blood. One can donate blood regularly at 6months interval (i have seen many people doing it regularly). There will be absolutely no harm. As a precaution don't do heavy work on the day of donation. Just take good nutritional food, maintain good habbits. You don't need any supplements at this age. You need not worry you r completely normal. Keep donating blood at least once in a year voluntarily, you will save many lives.

Tingling burning numbness in feet are signs of neuropathy. Gradully it may lead to loss temp sensation, vibration and touch sensations. Claw fingers gradully appears as neuropathy progresses. Calosities, bunions appears as pressure points of feet changes. Calosities may lead to neuropathic ulceration. Ecosprin is blood thinner. Normally diabetics have extensive atherosclerosis and arteriosclerosis which diminish blood flow to feet. Diabetes patients have more viscous blood due to high sugars. Thick blood is more prone to get clotted. Keeping sugar levels under control and regular physical activity will help.

CoolSculpting is a fat reduction procedure that works on the principle of freezing fat or cellulite. As you are young and so there is still chances of gaining height. There are methods by which you can gain some centimetres of height. 1. The height of body is largely depend on the length of your spine (vertebral column or back bone in general language). So you have to add the exercise of stretching of spine daily in morning. Here are the exercises! * first stand straight bare foot on floor, then raise your arms upwards then raise your heels of foot with breathing in, try to stand on heels for 10-12 seconds and slowlylower down your heels back on the floor and breath outthe air. Repeat this exercise 5-8 times in morning. *sit on the floor, stretch you legs together so that both foot touch each other. Now raise your arms upwards together with back straight, now move your hands towards toes of feet and touch them. Your forehead touching your knees. Slowly revert back the arms and move back arms in normal position. Repeat this exercise 2-4 times daily. 2. Bone growth depends upon the adequate intake of calcium rich diet. So take 300 ml of rich cream milk, 200 gm of cheese and 2-3 eggs regularly. It will definitely give boost to your bone growth. 3. Vitamin d play very important role in bone growth. So sit in sun rays for at least 8-10 minutes in morning of evenings when the sun rays are notso strong. 4. The growth and height is controlled by growth hormone which is secreted by pituitary gland situated in the brain. So take meditation and have a stress free lifestyle. Take 6-8 hours of sleep daily. For meditation, listen to slow and spiritual music, take long breaths for 15-20 minutes everyday. It makes your pituitatry gland healthy and working properly.

Hi, take arnica 30 4pills to be sucked thrice a day tab biochemic silicea 6xtabs to be chewed twice a day for 1mth and apply arnica q (10 ml quantity to be bought) take 2 drops in 1tablespoon of water and apply over the both cheeks once a day.

Hair Take lots of green leafy vegetables and sweet juicy fruits. Dairy products such as milk and fresh yogurt will also help. Fresh coconut is also considered excellent "hair food" -- sprinkle grated coconut over salads, diced fresh fruit, or rice. 1. Green Leafy Vegetables: Regular intake of Green leafy Vegetables - Spinach, Lettuce, Leafy Greens, Turnip Greens, Broccoli, Beans and Green Peppers are rich in nutrients that help and promote Hair growth. 2. Other Vegetables and Fruits: Two fresh fruits per day :- cut and eat with fruit skin, no juice. 3. Sprouts: Green gram dhal Sprout. When dealing with low blood pressure, it is usually suggested to increase your salt and fluid intake. Before increasing yoursalt consumption, do check with your doctor. Also, cut down on alcoholic beverages and high-carbohydrate foods such asbread, rice, pasta, and potatoes.

Wisdom teeth usually emerge between the ages of 18 and 25. However, for a large proportion of people, there is not enough space in the mouth to accommodate these new teeth, and without adequate space, the wisdom teeth cannot fully erupt. A partially erupted wisdom tooth often causes problems because it is surrounded by a flap of gum that cannot easily be cleaned by brushing your teeth. The whitening can be sign of inflammation. Have warm water gargles and get it checked with the dentist.

Dear lybrate user, hair growth occurs in cycles. Each cycle consists of a long growing phase (anagen), a short transitional phase (catagen) and a short resting phase (telogen). At the end of the resting phase, the hair falls out (exogen) and a new hair starts growing in the follicle beginning the cycle again. Normally, about 40 hairs reach the end of their resting phase each day and fall out. When more than 100 hairs fall out per day, clinical hair loss may occur. Hair loss have many causes such as:- 1) shrinkage of the hair follicles due to the influence of androgenic hormones. 2) under-nutrition of the hair due to fungal infection on the scalp. 3) effects of radio therapy or chemotherapy. 4) nutritional deficiencies. 5) autoimmune diseases. Modes of treatment for hairfall/alopecia includes surgical modes, oral medicine & local external application. The minimum duration of the course of oral medicines & external application is 6 months. You can start the following medications:- 1) take 5 drops of homeopathic sulphur 200, once in a week. 2) take 5 drops of homoeopathic selenium 200 every morning before brushing your teeth. 3) take 4 tablets from biochemic natrum mur 6x tablets, thrice daily. Just chew the tablets as those tablets are sweet in taste. 4) take homoeopathic mother tincture acid phos q, 30 drops, twice daily, after meals, in a cup of water. Kindly note that this medication may not be sufficient enough to take care of your problem. These medicines are based on the symptoms of your diseased condition & these medicines need to be complemented by further deep-acting remedies in order to permanently eliminate the underlying cause of the disease. Hello Dear I, Avoid As much as possible going in the sun ,Use good sunscreen like Sungrace total every 3 hrs in the morning and drink lots of water and eat Salad n Fruits avoid using oily n sugary foods.
