BCAA BCAA's are great for maintaining nitrogen balances. They are digested in the skeletal muscle and spare muscle breakdown. Whey Protein This is essential in creating an insulin spike and helping to build new muscle. This is a must if you workout. Remember to take .4 grams of protein per kg of body mass.

For a healthy body Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don’t apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit

You need a weight gain diet. Weight gain means muscle gain. To increase muscle you have to eat optimum proteins good amount of carbohydrates and healthy fats. You have to eat atleast 6 meals at regular intervals. You also need to do weight training exercise.

Ice therapy would definitely help to reduce the inflammation. We also advise you to use knee cap which would help to prevent the knee from damaging further and also to maintain the quadriceps muscle tone. Simple Knee Exercises would help to strengthen the quadriceps muscle which is the key muscle. Specific knee exercises will also help ie. Keeping a soft ball underneath the knee and you have to keep pressing it. That's the simple exercise which will help you to strengthen the knee. This is dhatuksheenta or prameha. You should take chandraprabha vati 1-1 tab with milk twice a day. And pranacharya dhatupaushtik churna with milk twice a day. Avoid tea and coffee.

hi, don't worry about weight, you should go for brisk walk in the morning. do regular exercise atleast 15 minutes. take lukewarm water with lemon in the morning. take salad before meals. drink more water in a day. don't take rice at night. avoid junk food and oily food. take small and frequent meals. you can consult me privately online on lybrate i"ll give you menu plan.
