Gently wash and care for your skin every day. Avoid scrubbing too hard or washing too often. Avoid heavy sweating if you think it causes your acne to get worse. Hi incorporate more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains into your diet while eliminating unhealthy foods. - if you are working or studying away from home, try to pack healthy lunch and snacks for yourself to avoid eating unhealthy food daily. - don't eat straight from the packet - use a plate or bowl to control how much you eat. - don't delay or skip meals. - cut down your consumption of aerated drinks and sodas. - drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Drink water after waking up and before sleeping. Being dehydrated may make you feel like you're hungry, so it is important to stay hydrated. - have homemade fruit and vegetable juices - eat 5-6 small healthy meals every 2-3 hours, every day, instead of having a few big ones. This regulates your blood sugar level and your metabolism. - don't skip breakfast, instead, make it rich with complex carbohydrates and proteins, so it can provide you with energy to get through the day. Try to include the following as your morning breakfast, oats porridge, eggs on multigrain toast or daliya with sprouts. - avoid artificial sweeteners in processed foods. - eat slowly as it takes about 20 minutes for your brain to register if you're full or not. Eating too fast leads to overeating, so chew slowly to digest your food better and control how much you eat. - use a smaller plate to control your portion sizes and avoid overeating. - know your cravings and do not snack when you're emotional. It is said that you crave crunchy and savory food when you're stressed, frustrated or lonely. Figure out what you crave and replace them with healthier alternatives. - do not eat mindlessly; concentrate on your food instead of watching tv or playing with your phone to avoid overeating.

Hi this is Dr. Amit. I am MPT in neuro. I have my clinic physio-health plus. So today I am going to discuss about Stroke. Today, these days the stroke patients are more common. For stroke what is the main cause, is stress. Because of hypertension patients got stroke. They have blood clot in their brain. It closes the blood brain barrier and reach to the brain and they damage the part of the brain. So most of the people get paralysis attacks, right hemi, left hemi, and for these patients we have a complete rehabilitation center here.

So for the hand rehabilitation, leg is recovered earlier and arm is not recovered. Because the main reason for that why arm is not recovering? Because we people, the patient mostly, they are not using their arm while working. They just concentrate on their working. The first need of the patient is the working. They need to go to the bathroom, they need to go to the other area, and they need to work first, then everybody is going working on the arm rehabilitation. So what are the limitations on the arm? There is an internal rotation of the shoulder, flexion of the elbow, the wrist is going in the flexion, so need to correct that posture. So if the patient is not first involved in the movement we won’t get any better treatment. So first of all the patient should need to involve in the treatment, involve in the therapy then only we can cure that. So first of all there is a movement of the shoulder. Shoulder movements? What are the lacking movements?

There is shoulder flexion first of all. There is lack of shoulder flexion in the movement. The patient, if we ask the patient to flex the shoulder they will raise outside. There is more abduction on the shoulder. Second is elbow extension. So elbow extension won’t be there. Most of the cases there are elbow extension but mostly their elbow is in the flexion portion. Then wrist extension is lacking, finger extension is lacking and thumb abduction is lacking. So we are working on these movements only. There are some misconceptions that the patients of hemi they are not recovered mainly the arm is not recovered completely. But it is not like that, so we can recover the patient with the arm, hand rehabilitation also, we are working on that.

Dear you can easily gain weight and get a healthy muscular body by following these best things - 1. To gain weight, your digestion should work properly. If you have any disease of digestive system you should treat disease first. For proper digestion - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after meal. Or take 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper (kali mirch), 1/ 2 tea spoon of jeera (cumin), 2-3 slice of ginger. Boil it in one glass of water for 2-3 minutes. Drink 5-10 teaspoons (15-20 ml) in morning and evening for strong digestive system. Or you can take amla powder 1 teaspoon with water for strong digestion. 2. Take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calorie food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. I am sending the diet chart. Follow it in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of protein powder with breakfast. * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 2 bananas. * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid soft drinks, western fast food (burgers, french fries, pizza etc. They disturb your digestion. 6. You can try protein powders like endura mass, milk powder, soya protein. And creatinine for weight gain by taking 1 tea spoon added in milk once a day.

High cholesterol can cause atherosclerotic heart disease or narrowed coronary arteries in the heart can cause the symptoms of angina, when theheart muscle is not provided with enough oxygen to function. Decreased blood supply to the brain may be due to narrowed small arteries in the brain or because the larger carotidarteries in the neck may become blocked. This can result in a transient ischmic attack or stroke. Peripheral artery disease describes gradual narrowing of the arteries that supply the legs. During exercise , if the legs do not get enough blood supply, they can develop pain , called claudication . Other arteries in the body may also be affected by plaque buildup causing them to narrow, including the mesenteric arteries to the intestine and the renal arteries to the kidney. Avoid fast foods,oily foods,junk foods,alcohol,smoking,fatty foods, non-veg.,avoid stress, take green veg., whole grain.garlic,. Take anti cholesterol medicines .

There is no such allergy as allergy in nose ! An attack may be brought on by contact with substances to which the person is sensitive and emotional or dietary factors should not be overlooked. A sudden change of temperature can bring on an attack. May be Your respiration system is allergic to certain allergens which causes breathing problem or it can be due to cold and damp weather, you will have to figure out what causes you breathing problems? It can be cured . Try using (Biochemic) Ars Iod 12X 4 pills 3 times and Nat Sulph 6X 4 pills 4 times.
