Imidiatily stop the habit (take some nicotine gums). It can be cured but for this you should take first step and visit nearest Dentist for further treatment. Because we can't prescribe any medicine without examination. Although Burning sensation, reduce mouth opening all these are sign of OSMF (Oral submucous fibrosis) but we can confirm this only after examining.

8 Healthier Strange Tips About Coconut Water!

To feel cool in the scorching sun we all need to rehydrate & refresh our senses. The green soft tree-nuts ‘COCONUTS’ have cropped up everywhere.

These are undoubtedly a tender, green, nutritious water- filled nature’s gift. We all know about the benefits of its consumption, but are we all aware of few limitations of it. The reason could be –

  • High Potassium.(2.5g / 1000g).
  • Calorie density as per volume consumed. or
  • Low sodium content(252mg/ cup).

Healthy Tips About Coconut Water!

  1. NOT THE IDEAL ‘ENERGY DRINK’ FOR ALL
    When it comes to rehydrating oneself after a moderate workout of less than an hour, then, considering coconut water is a good alternative to other energy drinks. But after a vigorous practice, the high Potassium and low sodium content of coconut water do not make it a suitable drink to replenish the depleted store. As sodium is equally required to rehydrate. Isn’t it! So, Instead, going for plain water will be a wiser option.

  1. DAILY EXCESS INTAKE CAN RESULT IN WEIGHT GAIN
    1cup of it contains 46 calories, although lesser than those in energy drinks or fruit juice, an intake as per volume must be watched, take care of total calories for managing the reduction diet in connection to other foods of a day’s plan.
  2. NOT GOOD FOR DIABETICS
    The natural sugar of coconut water impacts on blood sugar levels & reduces the insulin production. On an average, 1000 ml serving has 26.10 g of sugar. So watch out if you are diabetic.
  3. EXCESS INTAKE CAN LEAD TO ELECTROLYTE IMBALANCE
    Again due to high Potassium content the excess intake of coconut water can lead to the symptoms of hyperkalemia, which include weakness, lightheadedness, the effect on kidneys, heart rhythms etc.
  4. MAY LOWERSBLOOD PRESSURE
    Esp. Those on medication routine for high b.p. must drink it in moderation.
  5. IF YOU ARE ALLERGIC TO ANY EATABLES,
    then the excess of coconut water can lead to sensitivity, as it is also one of the kinds of tree nut.
  6. DIURETIC
    In moderate amounts this property of coconut water will help soothes your system, but in excess, it will force you to visit loo for a number of times.
  7. NOT IDEAL FOR FRIZZY OR COLD TEMPERATURE BODY TYPES. 

One or two of Coconut are enough for a day, to keep your body healthy & safe.

1.Take Paracetamol 500mg one Tablet sos after food up to a maximum of three tablets daily at the time of attack, apply ice pack 2.Drink plenty of water and take rest. 3.. Avoid stress, anxiety, depression, agitation,exposure to loud noise, bright light,strong smell inadequate sleep since it precipitates migraine attack 4.Avoid salted /processed food, aged cheese, excess tea/coffee/alcoho(red wine)/caffeinated beveragesl.Don’t skip/postpone your meal,avoid hunger 5. Hello lybrate-user, weight reduction need time n management. According to who 800gm should be reduce in a week. Which is healthy n which you can continue. Main tain a diet plan with which should include high protein low fat n low carb. Do exercise regularly. Don't skip your meal. Hi, Follow the following medication and guidelines----Start the treatment with single dose of Tuberculinum 1M. After 1 week of this take the below:- * First week- you should take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops , single dose, morning empty stomach. *second week- take Thuja 1M, drops, single dose , morning empty stomach. *third week- Again take Baryta carb 1M, 5 drops, single dose, morning empty stomach. *fourth week- take Thuja 1M, 5 drops , single dose, morning empty stomach. *Take Rite -hite tablets from SBL, 2-2 tabs , two times daily. *Bio combination no. 21, 4 -4 tabs daily , two times. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. * plenty of fluids, frequent smaller meals, yoga and exercise regime and adequate sleep is also important. Take a healthy and balanced diet. *Do yoga (especially TADASAN) and stretching exercises regularly. *Revert after 1 month.

Breasts are usually soft, what's the problem, do you mean size or loose. She can Take diet containing fats and soya products. Massage breast from below upwards and from side inwards using some coconut oil. Change posture by standing straight and pushing chest forward will make breasts look bigger. Exercising the muscles beneath breasts will make them appear more rounded, it can be done by push-ups done daily for few times increasing gradually.

I want to loose weight but due to my severe back bone issue (Disk slip in L5) 80% damage and have to undergo a surgery within 3 months, I am not able to put in sweat work out. Hi lybrate-user, weight loss is easy process you do not need to exercise, you can avoid food which are high in carbohydrates and insulin stimulating properties, adding more of alkaline food in diet will help in bone healing. Weight loss and bone healing can happen simultaneously. Smriti you are young it will be easy to lose for you.

hello rakesh ji chhale hone k bahut se karan h jese ki kabj hona, infection hona, digestion ki problem hona , nutrients ki kami hona aadi. sabse pahle aap ye dhyan rakhe ki aapko kabj nhi rahna chahiye iske liye aap khub pani piye or pattedar hari sabjiya khaye , fiber rich food khaye, fruits and salad khaye. mouth me ghee/ sahad/ glycerin lagaye.

No soap ever help. Use sunscreen generously whenever you go out in sun atleast of 30 spf. On all exposed parts. Use topi berberis (shwabe) at night. To remove tan use lemon juice, papaya pulp over your face. Leave it for 15 min then wash off.

I have injured in my back by stairs my x-ray report is body of d4 are compressed, all iv discs are intact what is the meaning of this because there was not mention of fracture and what should I do after that already I took a appointment from a Dr. He gave me some rull that I do not pull down, do not ride cycle or bike etc. But after one week I am feeling pain.

Hello Avas. Thank you for contacting. It's good that no fracture is present. D4 is a vertebra level. You should take physiotherapy for compression relief. IV disc is a soft pad that is present between two vertebra. It's functional is in shock absorption. I hope this will help you.
