Hi lybrate-user You could be suffering from tonsillitis. Gargle with salt and water three times a day and take paracetamol tablets. If not getting better consult your physician for antibiotics.

I have been loading my hair since long time. I addressed many hair specialist but no use of them. So please help me.
1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home) 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like egg, yougurt and lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6. Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7. You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 8. You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain ph balance of your hair. 9. Hair health depends on the amount of protein in your diet. Foods like chicken, eggs, fish, nuts, dry fruits gives you the required nutrients to keep your skin and hair healthy. So consume plenty of them. Eat things rich in vitamin c like amla and oranges. 10. Drink lots of water to flush out toxins from the body.

Hello, Medication will not help at this age, you should try Exercise like stretching swimming regularly yoga like Tadasan and Sarvang asana. Play Basket ball regularly. Take proper balanced nutritios and protein rich diet. *Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk. 1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well. 2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height. I suggest you to follow these exercises on regular basis in order to get result.

Hello, drink home made carrot juice twice a day use akne aid soap or sandal soap aloevera calendula cream apply 3/4 times a day avoid oily n spicy foods take 1 tsp triphala churan with semi hot water at bed time stay healthy.

Yes it's very true. 1 gm Ashwagandha churna (powder) with milk twice a day gives good result. Ashwagandha should be free from any adulteration and in pure form. It shows result after 1 month of regular intake. Thank you.

No.Always what is natural is the best.I suggest, if for cosmetic and aesthetic reasons you can't go for artificial teeth.However you can still go for orthodontic ( that's braces. We can now give you invisible braces too) or restorations like Laminates, Veneers, or composite restorations to give yourself a beautiful smile .We can give you beautiful smile designs these days. So don't get your natural teeth replaced.What's God given and natural is the best.Artificial will not be half as good.

FIVE HOME REMEDIES TO GET RID OF DANDRUFF



Sporting dandruff flakes in your hair is one of the biggest things you can do wrong on a first date. This embarrassing problem usually gets the best of you. We give you five home remedies that work like a charm and promise not to disappoint.

Lemon
Make a citrusy pal out of this wonder fruit. Lemon helps you lose weight, it helps you do tequila shots, and if that wasn’t enough, it helps you fight dandruff. Repeat this twice a week. Take half a lemon and apply the juice all over your scalp and wet hair. Leave it on for about five minutes. Then rinse.

Baking soda paste 
Add a little water to about a spoon of baking soda and rub it on your scalp. Leave it on for three minutes. Baking soda fights against any chemicals that you put in your hair. Rinse and follow this once a week to be flake free and beautiful.

Vinegar
Similar to what your nimbudha does, vinegar too will take you one step closer to dandruff free hair. Add about five ml of vinegar to half a bucket of lukewarm water and use it to rinse your hair after you have washed your tresses with a mild shampoo. Follow this ritual twice a week.

Aspirin
Aspirin is a miracle drug and it can do everything that Wonder wWoman can. Well, almost. Crush an aspirin and add it to a mild shampoo before you wash your hair. Follow this medicated ritual three times a week. Stick to it religiously and you will never see those dreaded white flakes again.

Neem
This one comes out from your daadi ka nuskhabook. Boil four neem leaves in half a cup of water. Leave it overnight. Then wash your hair with the neem water. You can use your regular shampoo after this step. Do this every alternate day.

There you have it—five home remedies to get rid of that unsightly dandruff. Now please, wash your hair, will you?

It is your your hormones which have made you fat and keeping you fat. Unless we make correct diagnosis and and create a diet and lifestyle plan to correct that hormonal abnormalities you will not be able to lose weight for long term. Most diet fails because they are low calorie and low fat. Instead of correcting metabolism, they make you feel low energy or makes you feel excessively hungry. If you are doing regular exercise, it will increase your fitness but it does not reduce weight much. Calorie counting is useless. If you want to count, count nutritional value of food in terms of protein, fiber, good fat etc. I am sure you did not gain this much weight suddenly but over a period of time. To achieve weightloss - think long term. Weight loss achieved over short term, always comes back. Try this general approach (see below) for 4 weeks. If this works then continue. If you have tried this in past or if it does not work, then approach us for weightloss package of 6 months by lifestyle modification - combination of nutritional plan, stress management, exercise prescription for your current fitness level and sleep improvement, (if required). 1. Do not eat anything sugary or sweet. Zero sweetness in diet. 2. Eat plenty of salad in lunch and dinner along with other foods. 3. Do not drink any liquid calorie like cola or fruit juices. 4. Hello, always take a balanced diet rich in green leafy vegetable, dairy products and all types of fruits to keep your body healthy. It is advisable to have at least 10-12 glasses of water and include fresh fruit daily. It is also advisable to restrict the intake of caffeinated drinks such as tea, coffee, alcohol and other caffeinated drinks as it aggravates dehydration. Take enough of 6-8hrs. Of sleep. Avoid taking stress/ tension. Do daily exercising regularly as it increases oxygen carrying capacity of the cells and tissues. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines – Schwabe's Cina 1M/ one dose at night for 10 days; Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos. - both twice daily for 20 days. For dark lips: Healthy pink lips add extra charm to a person's face. These naturally appealing lips don't need regular application of lips balms or lipsticks to look luscious and healthy. But several factors like the suns UV rays, smoking, caffeine and age can affect our lips and darken them. There are several natural solutions to lighten darker lips. Here is a list of natural home remedies that can lighten dark lips. 1. Sugar Scrub Take sugar and use it like a scrub. It is also beneficial in making your lips beautiful and pink. Apply 2-3 drops of lemon juice on your lips. Stretch your lips and massage gently. You will see that the darkness is removing itself and your lips will appear to be soft. 5. Rose Flower Take 2-3 drops of rose flower oil and apply it on the lips. Rose flower oil will give you pink coloured lips, naturally. 6. Honey & Raspberry Take honey, raspberry and lemon juice in equal amount and mix them together. Apply this liquid balm on the lips and leave it. Honey and lemon will naturally remove the darkness from your lips and raspberry will give you the pink colour, you always wanted to have. For Head lice and nits: Apply Staphysagria Q mixed with Schwabe’s Arnica oil or else olive or almond oil and apply on to the scalp and hair length. Leave it overnight and wash it with Schwabe’s Arnica shampoo. Comb with special comb. Repeat it on every 5th day. Also, orally take Staphysagria 200/ once daily for 1month.

Hye, thanks for the query. Being underweight can be a concern if it's the result of poor nutrition. Here are some healthy ways to gain weight when you're underweight: eat more frequently. When you're underweight, you may feel full faster. Eat five to six smaller meals during the day rather than two or three large meals. Choose nutrient-rich foods. As part of an overall healthy diet, choose whole-grain breads, rice and cereals; fruits and vegetables; dairy products; lean protein sources; and nuts. Don't fill up on diet soda, coffee and other drinks with few calories and little nutritional value. Instead, drink smoothies or healthy shakes. Snack on nuts, dried fruits and fresh fruits. Even when you're underweight, be mindful of excess sugar and fat. An occasional slice of cake or ice cream is fine. But most sweets should be healthy and provide nutrients in addition to calories. Sheera, lassi and chikki are good choices. Exercise, especially strength training, can help you gain weight by building up your muscles. Exercise may also stimulate your appetite.

Use Tea Tree face wash and Toner twice a day. Use AHA Glow face wash once in a day. Use Sunscreen with SPF 30 daily. Use natural face pack of Multani Mitti and lemon 2 times a week. You can also use apple cider vinegar for 5 minutes after washing your face and splash it clean with water. Most important is diet- Do not eat Junk, Eat more Vegetables and fruits especially with Vitamin C.

Tips to reduce anxiety and stress 1. Sleep well and regular. Irregular sleep can have some serious consequences. It affects both our physical health and also contributes to anxiety and stress. Anxiety as such also leads to disruptions in sleep. When feeling anxious, always try to get a full 7 to 9 hours of uninterrupted sleep and it can work wonders to improve your condition. 2. Always keep smiling. Take a quick break in between your hectic work to get some laughs with your friends. Laughter can reduce depression and anxiety and has proven benefits. 3. Tidy up your living space or workspace. Keep your things clean and clutter-free. That helps us think clear and thus reducing levels of anxiety. 4. Say thank you often. Expressing your thanks for something helps reduce anxiety. 5. Eat smart. Eating more of foods which are rich in vitamin b and omega-3 fatty acids and also healthy whole grain carbs. Vitamin b contributes to good mental health. While omega 3 fatty acids help with both depression and anxiety. Whole grain foods boost serotonin and helps us remain poised. Eating high-sugar content food and processed foods can increase levels of anxiety. 6. Learn to breathe well and relax. Short, shallow breaths arise when you are tensed. When something weighs heavily on your mind, or you believe something terrible is most definitely going to occur, commit to only creating that worry for 20 minutes. Think of all the possible outcomes of the scenario, figure out some game plans, and then quit thinking about it after 20 minutes go by. Have a friend call after the allotted time has passed to avoid the temptation of going over the time limit. Or schedule some of that playtime right afterward. 10. Plan for the future but do not worry about it. Make time tables and to-do lists so that you will not be worried about finishing stuff and so that you can increase your productivity. 11. Be positive. When you feel anxious, train your mind to think and feel positive and give reinforcement to yourself that you can handle any situation. This will significantly reduce your stress and anxiety symptoms. 12. Smell relaxing stuff. Go out to your garden. Smell a fresh rose. Take a deep breathe and allow the relaxation to course through your whole body. You can also use relaxing aroma therapy and use it indoors. 13. Go out and spend time with your friends and family. Spend time with your pets social support reduces anxiety and stress to such a great extent that it is almost always bearable. So next time you get on your nerves, go out with your friends, chat with them, watch a movie, spend some time watching the waves in the beach with your partner, talk to your siblings. If you have tried all these and still have problems, please consult me for prescription medication.

Hello lybrate user, if you hav black spot on face 1. Just start eating more salads in daily meal 2. Apply lemon juice & rose water in equal quantity to spot daily at night 3. You can also use kumkumadi tail clean spot with lemon juice then apply 2-3drops of oil and gently massage it till get absorbed in skin leave it as it is at night.

I feel pain in urine at night, urine is come many times at some seconds interval, this is very painful and its happen only at night.

How long you are having this? Why not consulted any doctor. It appears you have developed urinary tract infection. You need urine examination - routine, culture and drug sensitivity. Go to a doctor he shall do whatever required for you. Don't delay. Till them you may take uriliser / alkasol liquid - 2 tsf mix with half glass of water and take thrice a day after food.

Air Jo blackness already hair usakeliye roj rat ko rose water air lemon juice equal quantity me mix karaoke face pe lagayie. 10 min bad dho daliye.
