Skin pores are found in oily skin because of excessive sebum Natural method of Treatment 1.apply fresh Aloevera gel on the affected area and massage it for few minutes, keep it on the affected area for 10 minutes, rinse it off with cool water. Repeat the process daily 2.Dilute one table spoonful of apple cider vinegar with one table spoon ful of water, dip a cotton ball, apply it on the affected area and let it air dry then rinse it off with cold water. Repeat the process daily 3.Take a few piece of ripe papaya, mash it, apply it on affected area leave it for 20 minutes, rinse it off with cold water. Repeat the process daily 4.make a paste of 2 tablespoonful of baking soda with 2 table spoonful of water, massage it gently on affected area for 30 second rinse it off with cool water. Repeat the process 2 times per week 5.gently swipe the inside of banana peel on your face, wash it off after 10-15 minutes. Repeat the process every alternate day 6. Massage a few drops of olive oil in circular motion for few minutes in the affected area and rinse it off with lukewarm water. Repeat the process daily 7.t Mix one table spoonful of lemon juice with 1 tablespoonful of water, apply it with a cotton ball on the affected area leave it for 10-15 minutes, rinse it off with lukewarm water.

Hi sir. Vertigo is still a symptom, not a diagnosis. Giddiness can have multiple causes. If she has vertigo because of ear cause, very difficult to treat. She can not do the vestibular exercises. She has to take medications with low salt diet. I admit it is very difficult situation to treat. Consult with medical people before labeling her with ear disease.

Follow these best tips to lightens and remove the dark spots- 1. Take fuller, s earth (multani mitti) and sandalwood powder (chandan powder) mixed in same quantity mixed in water and apply on the mark in night and wash it after 1 hour. It will slowly removes the spots. 2. Take a piece of aloe vera. Apply gel of leaves on mark daily. Wash it after 30 minutes. 3. Crush one tomato and apply the paste on mark. It will remove the spots definitly. 4.Soak cotton gauze in rose water and clean the dark spots 2-3 times daily. 5. Take carotene rich vegetable suchas carrots, beetroot and fruits- mango, pineapple, strawberry regularly . 6.Avoid use of any cosmetic products. 7.Avoid continous long hours exposure of sunlight. I am 60 yrs old male with good health and physique. Recently in the blood test the thyroid results are as follows: TOTAL TRIIODOTHYRONINE (T3) C. L. I. A 119 ng/dl 60 - 200 TOTAL THYROXINE (T4) C. L. I. A 9 μg/dl 4.5 - 12.0 THYROID STIMULATING HORMONE (TSH) C. L. I. A 7.24 μIU/ml 0.30 - 5.5. The TSH is more. Is it serious and any remedies please. And I have some warps in my face and shoulder. You have not provided the information regarding sexual contact from 6 dec to 20 march and if she is having menstrual irregularities before also or it was the first time------------taking ipill now will not solve the previous problem if you havehad a contact before 21 march also-------so my advise is ti immediately go for urine pregnancy test---------------

Don’t worry. You can lose weight easily if you are patient and determined to shed those extra kilos. You just have to alter your daily routine, watch what you eat and be physically active. This requires you to be on your weight loss commitment for quiet long. As soon as you start seeing the results, you will be surprised as well as motivated to go beyond your weight loss and adopt and a lifelong healthy attitude. For a start please follow: 1.Watch what you eat – Are you eating too much junk, drink excessive alcohol and eating too much white food and sugar? Please cut it down to as low as you can from tomorrow. Cut down tea/coffee if you are too addicted to it. It is creating havoc inside your body. 2.Lifestyle – Are you a late sleeper and late riser? You can’t imagine what this schedule of yours is doing to your metabolism. It is degrading your digestive system from inside and your looks from outside. 3.Physically active – If you are a couch potato who loves to watch tv whole day then throw that couch of yours in the street and get yourself a treadmill tomorrow. Yes it is as simple as that. Who is stopping you? You have to be physically active all day long if you want to burn those extra calories. Do daily brisk walk, Pranayam, atleast 20 surayanamaskar everyday to start seeing the results. Take break between office work to walk a little or rather just climb some stairs to get that food you ate in lunch have space and heat to digest and absorb. What’s the harm in using your washroom to do a little middle of the day squats. Do that – No one is watching you. The key is to stay physically active all day long, no matter what. 4.Eat healthy and eat on time: Not only eating healthy is important but eating at right time is equally imp too. Have an early breakfast and early dinner and have 4 small meals between breakfast and dinner. To guide you a bit, here you go: A.Breakfast (Between 8-10 a. M) – Have oats/porridge or brown bread with milk and nuts. B.At 11 a. M - Cup of Green Tea c.Mid day meal (around 12 p. M) – Have a bowl of fruits. Citrus fruits are best taken during this hour and absorb well in the body. Have oranges, amla, pineapple etc during this hour. D.Lunch (between 2-3 p. M) – Daal, roti, mix veg, buttermilk and salad. You can also take brown rice with daal in lunch. Try to get your food cooked in olive oil. Lace your salad with apple cider vinegar, black pepper and seeds like flaxseeds or chia seeds to make it nutrition packed lunch. E.Between 4 p. M – 5 p. M – Cup of Green Tea F.Evening (4-6 p. M) – Have some nice sprouts with tomatoes and cucumber. G.Dinner (2 hours before sleeping, preferably before 9 p. M) – Paneer & veggies salad with olive oil, Roti or brown rice with Daal. H.Have a glass of warm milk. Weight loss is 80% about what you eat and 20% about exercises. That said, both the things go hand in hand. If you want to lose weight in a more healthy way than be patient and just follow the regimen everyday. Slow and steady wins the race.

Hi Mix required amounts of gram flour, lemon juice and curd or yogurt. Apply this paste on tan affected area of forehead and face. Leave it for 15 minutes and wash it with water. This is an exclusive face pack prepared at home to remove tan from your skin in a very easy and effective way. A mixture of egg white, milk cream and honey works excellent against skin tanning. Mix tomato juice with honey or yogurt and apply it daily on skin to remove tanning.

1.Stop eating Fast and Junk food 2.Say bye bye to sweets in every form ,even try to drink Milk without sugar 3.Avoid over eating and try to eat 10% less than your appetite. 4.Eat slowly and nonspicy food,take your time while eating 5.Dont drink water while taking your meals,drink 30 minutes before/after meals.It can be done only when food is nonspicy or you are eating slowly.try it. 6.Breakfast and Dinner light and Lunch medium. 7.Try to take dinner at least 60 minutes before sleeping and dont eat/drink anything except water/Milk after dinner. 8.Try to sleep latest by 9. 9.Now comes to exercise.Everybody has an interest in some kind of activity,whether Cycling,Swimming,Cricket,badminton or any other pyysical activity.Try to give some quality time to such activities for 60 minutes in evenings and if no such activity,then start Gym for 60 minutes in evening.( tread Mill 20 min----Cross Trainer 20 Min -------Cycling 20 Min---) Set up a target of burning 100 calories in start in 60 minutes and slowly go on increasing your target.I have seen youngsters burning 600-800 calories in 60 minutes. Breathing difficulties, allergic reactions such as skin rash, hives, pale skin, unusual bleeding or bruising, blisters on skin, dark red spots under the skin, confusion, allergic reactions like swelling of face, bleeding and/or bruising have been associated with the injection, difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep, dizziness, burning and itching.

Good to know that after heart surgery, you are not taking any medicine, but you are overweight. There is a chance of disease becoming worse, besides other things bothering you, you should be more careful about weight. Nobody told you after heart disease about weight? try it in simple way. Reduce sugars and sweets, fats, salt to bare minimum. Take more of seasonal vegetables and fruits plus eating according to constitution. Take more proteins like milk and curds. All of the supplements for proteins, reduce carbs, do take good fats like a spoon of desi ghee or butter and a katori of assorted nuts everyday to get protein and good fats. Eat a full meal of daal roti chawal once a day. Drink lemon juice and honey added to it on empty stomach every morning. Besides reducing weight it helps burn bad fats also exercise moderately. Simple walks as exercise, and meditation. Get back here after a month with some details about your heart disease and weight loss that should not be more than @ 5 kg per month.

Having diabetes and asthma, there were no such conditions of fainting, but suddenly she fainting occurs and she feels low! What measures can be taken?

A sudden fainting in a 74 years lady having diabetes and asthma, should get investigated to r/o sick sinus syndrome, any arrythmia by ecg and holter. Also r/o transient ischaemic attack.

It must be investigated. Get a mri of the knee. You would probably need arthroscopic knee surgery. It is a very safe procedure in our hands with uniformly good results. We have very good well equipped center in delhi. Do ask for detailed treatment plan. Don? t ignore it lest it become beginning of a bigger problem.
