Bring the arms a little away from the body, palms turned upward. Relax the neck and allow it to turn to the side if it is more comfortable. Close the eyes and focus the attention on the body, breathing normally. Begin focusing each body part and relaxing it, then moving on. Keep the mind focused on relaxation, the breath should be normal. Relax the whole body. (the mind and body are deeply connected. If the mind is occupied by thoughts and worries then the shavasana will be unsuccessful. Therefore one has to acquire the stability of the mind along with the stability of the body.) anuloma involves inhaling through both nostrils together and exhaling each breath alternately between the left and right nostrils. The thumb of the right hand is used to manipulate the right nostril, while the pinky and ring finger are used to control the left nostril. There are many other poses of yoga like balasan, setu bandha sarvangasan, uttanasan, garudasan, savasana, triconasana, viprita karani, marjaryasana, dhyana, bhujangasana, anulom-vilum, pranayam, etc.

I do not know what you do but you are doing stressful job which hampering your sleep and all those problem arises due to work pressure, any way be hydrated, wash your eyes 4 times a day with plain fresh water, and sound sleep is must.

Diabetes can occur at any age, you should first know the cause of it, so that appropriate action can be taken, also you can start having methi (fenugreek) water in the morn, besides get a diet plan for yourself. Eat at regular intervals at every 3-4 hours also avoid refined grains (rice, maida) have food rich in fiber like whole grains, fruits etc.

Relax and take it easy. Social adjustments at times becomes difficult specially if you find things r not moving as per your desire or expectation. Follow health advises given below: measure your temperature and tell me reading 1. Avoid exertion 2. Take tablet paracetamol 500 mg after food(If No drug allergy) as and when required for fever more than 99 f and Headache (maximum 3 tablets with gap of 8 hr can be taken in a day) for 3 days 3. Lot of fluids to be taken 4. Take proper diet homemade food like moong dal dalia, chapati etc. 5. steam inhalation carefully by steam inhaler twice a day for 2-3 days Consult privately for further management

I would suggest you join a gym to train for regular aerobic exercises .Also stop taking high calorie, oily and junk foods as well as chocolates and sweets.

Take frequent breaks while in front of computer. Drink lots of water. Avoid oily food. Apply cucumberover eyes at night. Milk cream may also help. Sleep peacefully.
