कुछ उपाय जो वजन घटाएं

पूरी नींद यानी पूरी सेहत
पर्याप्त नींद और तनाव का गहरा ताल्लुक है। कई शोध नींद और वजन के संबंधों के बारे में इशारा करते हैं। इनमें पाया गया है कि बहुत कम या बहुत अधिक नींद से वजन बढ़ने लगता है। अच्छी नींद लेने वाला व्यक्ति न सिर्फ तनाव मुक्त रहता है बल्कि मोटापा कम करने में भी मदद मिलती है।
वॉकिंग- उठाइए सेहत के कदम
पैदल चलने से शरीर की मांसपेशियों की अच्छी कसरत हो जाती है। कड़ी कसरत के 90 फीसदी फायदे मिल जाते हैं। अगर आप जिम नहीं जाना चाहते हैं, और भारी-भरकम वजन उठाना आपको पसंद नहीं, तो आप पैदल चलकर भी कसरत के फायदे पा सकते हैं। एक मील यानी करीब 1.6 किलोमीटर पैदल चलने से 100 कैलोरी तक बर्न होती हैं। हफ्ते में अगर तीन दिन दो-दो मील की वॉक करें तो हर तीसरे हफ्ते आधा किलो वजन कम हो सकता है।
जल है तो जीवन है
पानी हमारे शरीर से विषैले पदार्थों को बाहर निकालने में बहुत मददगार होता है। जिससे आपका मेटाबोलिज्म तेज हो जाता है और आपका वजन कम होने लगता है। इसलिए दिन में कम से कम 10-12 गिलास पानी जरुर पियें। कई शोधों में माना गया है कि दिन में आठ से नौ गिलास पानी से 200 से 250 कैलोरी आप बर्न कर सकते है।
चबा चबाकर खाएं
खाना धीरे-धीरे और अच्छी तरह चबाकर खाने का सबसे बड़ा फायदा यह है कि खाना देर तक खाएंगे। कम खाना खा पाएंगे और इससे वजन भी नहीं बढ़ेगा। यानी बहुत देर तक लगातार खाने से आपकी भूख मर जाएगी। चबाकर खाने से खाना जल्दी पच जाता है और आपको बहुत ज्यादा देर तक भूख नहीं लगती।
फलों का रस
फलों के रस में यदि ऊपर से चीनी न मिलाई गई हो, तो वजन घटाने का यह बेहद कारगर उपाय होता है। सॉफ्ट ड्रिंक, कोल्ड ड्रिंक जैसे पेय पदार्थों से जहां वजन बढ़ता है वही दूध, पानी, नारियल पानी, जूस इत्यादि वजन कम करने में लाभकारी होते हैं।
सेब जिसने खाया, वजन घटाया
सेब में कैलोरी बहुत कम होती है। इसमें मौजूद पेक्टिन नामक फाइबर एलडीएल कोलेस्ट्रोल या संतृप्त वसा के स्तर को नियंत्रित करता है। दिन में दो बार सेब का सेवन करने वाले लोग अपना 16 प्रतिशत कोलेस्ट्रोल कम कर सकते हैं जो वजन घटाने में सहायक होता है

Hello... For fast growth of the body you need to take high fiber and carbs in diet... Eat all fresh pulpy fruits and green veges.. Salad is also rich i n fiber........ Whole wheat grain, whole wheat bread, oats all are good........ Avocados, banana all are good for weight gain......... Protein is also good for you.. Take protein shakes, soyabean, soya milk, full cream milk......... If you are non veg then you can eat 2 boiled eggs daily.. Chicken or mutton are also good........ You can gym also for growth of the body..... Take homoeopathic tonic:- Alfa Alfa malt ( 2 spoons twice a day half an hr before every meal )... Update me after 15 days for follow up...... First we hav to work on ur digestive system...Mix 1 teaspoon each of cinnamon, ginger and cumin powder with honey to make a paste. Take 1 teaspoon 3 times a day...Follow up after 1week...drink plenty of fluids..avoid constipation.

Hi for increasing body weight, start eating more chapatis and rice with ghee or butter. Take creamed milk upto 400 ml daily. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables, take pulses and pulses products. You can eat homemade fried foods but avoid eating from the market. If you eat non-veg then eat 2 to 3 pcs. Of egg or fish thrice a week. Also take 4 to 6 pcs. Of almonds or cashew nuts or some raisins. Must take exercise daily as it helps in better absorption of food and also increases your satiety.

Hello, you should try Exercise like stretching swimming regularly yoga like Tadasan and Sarvang asana. Play Basket ball regularly. do follow CTMP, i.e., cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally sunscreen with SPF-30 – a thick layer of Bakson's Suncare cream may be, 20-30 minutes before going out daily and repeat it's application after every 3-4hrs.) after washing your face daily; use the products as per your skin type. This will change the skin texture and skin tone. Use toner or astringent if you are out under the sunlight (it will help to close the pores). In case you do have tanning, apply honey with a dash of lime on your face. Eat right and healthy that too on time, relieve your stress/ tensions, sleep well, stop smoking, as this restricts blood flow to your face and leaves you with a greyish complexion. lead a healthy lifestyle! Apart from this, avoid anger, anxiety, fear which increases stress hormone in the body and subsequently makes your complexion darker! (Hormonal imbalances also plays a major role). If the dull and dark skin tone is due to any underlying ailment or diseases, need to look into the matter. Diet: -Increase your Vitamin C intake (lemon,orange,gooseberry,etc.Fruits/juices, strawberries, sweet peppers, tomatoes, cantaloupe, and green peas). - Eat more Vitamin A (nonfat milk, oysters, and egg yolks, carrots, watermelon, papaya, tomatoes, or other dark colored produce) . If you feel your skin is weak or not tight enough, that usually suggests a lack of Vitamin A. Medicine: You can also use homoeopathic cream - Medicynth's Whitch Hazel daily at night. Home remedies: Apply fresh-squeezed lemon juice to your entire face and neck. Leave it on for 10 minutes and then wash it off with lukewarm water. After this, rub cucumber slices on your skin to soften and moisturize it. Do this daily or every other day. Another option is squeeze the juice of one-half lemon and mix one to two tablespoons of raw honey in it. Apply it on your face, leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse it off. To exfoliate your skin, mix two teaspoons each of lemon juice and sugar. Apply the mixture on your face, neck and hands. Scrub in a circular motion and leave it on for 10 minutes. Then rinse it off with lukewarm water. Follow this remedy once a week to enjoy glowing skin. Mix one tablespoon of turmeric powder with enough pineapple juice to make a paste. Apply the paste to your face and neck. Leave it on until the paste dries completely. Then wash it off with lukewarm water. Follow this remedy two or three times a week to reduce the appearance of spots on skin.

If your hernia is small and isnt bothering you, I may recommend a watch-and-wait approach. Enlarging or painful hernias usually require surgery to relieve discomfort and prevent serious complications. In any case if you are overweight then reducing weight will help in preventing recurrence of hernia
