If it was not fixed properly then it should be corrected.. Second cavity is not something from outside... It can occur from improper hygiene... And also by low immunity... So cap does not prevent it.. completely... It is better to support it with proper hygiene and Homoeopathic treatment..

12 years is really very long time for this stubborn ulcers. Kenacort and other topical gels will not work in these type of ulcers. May be oral tablets or capsules can work. But not without proper diagnosis. If you have ulcers at other body parts like eyes, gonads, stomach, intestine etc, you required thorough investigation for actual cause of oral ulcers. If they are limited to mouth only and changing place of occurrence each time (recurrent Aphthous stomatitis), it can be cured permanently with advanced LASER ablation. Visit or consult dental oral medicine and /or periodontist specialists in your area.

If the mouth ulcer is causing a lot of pain, gently rub a small ice cube over the spot or rinse your mouth with ice-cold water. You could also chew on a clove bud (lavang) and direct the juice generated to the area where the ulcer is located. Clove buds are a great ingredient to cure sore throat too. To prevent the ulcerated area from getting infected, make it a point to rinse your mouth with a little salt water. Remember, this won’t make the ulcer disappear, but it can help reduce the pain. Honey is a natural humectant. It helps reduce scarring and hastens the process of new tissue growth. This, along with its anti-microbial effect ensures faster healing of the mouth ulcer. Chew a few leaves of tulsi along with some water about three to four times every day. This will help in getting rid of ulcers faster and also have a preventive action against their recurrence. Applying a little coconut oil directly onto the mouth ulcer or chewing some coconut (fresh or dry) helps reduce pain and inflammation and hence, ulcers heal faster. Mix some sugar to crushed khus-khus seeds and consume this mixture for instant relief from ulcers. You could apply a little ghee directly to the ulcerated area, or drink a glass of buttermilk two or three times every day. Mouth ulcers left untreated generally go away in a week or so; with these home remedies, you can expect faster relief. However, if you notice an ulcer in the mouth that is persistently present although it does not cause you any pain, do not neglect it or try to treat it with home remedies beyond a few days. Make it a point to see a doctor soon because often, a painless mouth ulcer is one of the earliest signs of oral cancer.

Stains can be easily removed with ultrasonic cleaning if its external. Intrinsic stains cannot be removed easily. Bleaching is another option for intrinsic stains.

Your extraction will be done by a dentist and you do not have choice. Take allopathic medicines for the time till socket heals else asked some homeopathic doctor to remove the tooth and prescribe medicines.

How Toothache and Headache Are Related?

MDS
Dentist, Delhi
How Toothache and Headache Are Related?

One of the main reasons of a severe headache is a prolonged toothache. Toothaches are extremely painful and can prevent you from enjoying your food. It becomes difficult to speak if toothache is unbearable.

Causes of Toothache:

  1. Tooth decay.

  2. Tooth fracture resulting from an accident.

  3. A painful infection at the root of your teeth or your gums. This is known as tooth abscess.

  4. Chewing gum continuously and grinding the teeth.

How does toothache cause headache?

Sometimes, a tooth becomes very inflamed and since the nerve endings are connected to the brain, this, in turn makes the pain travel to different parts of your head. Generally, people with bad cavities or caries have major headaches and migraines.

The inside of a tooth consists of a pulp. This pulp can get infected. If this tooth happens to lie in the upper jaw, then the pain is transferred to the head which can cause a severe headache.

Headaches can also be caused by TMJD (Temporomandibular joint dysfunction). This usually occurs spreading from the face, jawline and neck right up to the head. In extreme cases, the jaws might be locked up and it makes clicking or grinding noises. Misalignment of the teeth can be a cause by TMJD which in turn affects the head greatly.

Treatments:

  1. If you are detected with TMJD, your jaws need to be healed, first thing you should do is to visit an expert dentist in order to get the underlying cause of toothache treated. It is always recommended to get a proper treatment started, do not emphasize the use of self-medications.
  2. If the headache persists due to toothache, it is advisable to take a painkiller as prescribed by your dentist.
  3. Use an ice pack or a towel dipped in cold icy water, and hold it against the area of toothache. Do not put ice directly on your tooth as it might increase the pain ten folds due to tooth sensitivity.
  4. You can also apply numbing gel so that your tooth stops hurting. This in turn, will make your headache reduce.
  5. Toothache is also caused by small amounts of food which get stuck inside your teeth or between your gums, so it is necessary to clean your teeth thoroughly and floss it regularly to avoid toothache.
  6. Avoid chocolates and sweets. If you still get a cavity, you should visit your dentist immediately.
  7. Dental abscess also causes headache. In this situation, a root canal treatment is recommended.

I am face teeth problem for 6 month and have tried all type tooth pest but not get any result my teeth problem please...
You have not describe what is the problem. If its paining, it can be due to cavity or broken tooth. Bleeding in gums can result from plaque n calculus. So the best advice would be to elaborate on your problem.
