Avoid outside spicy and fried food. Walk about 3-5 kms daily. There should be gap of 2hrs after dinner and sleep. Small and frequent meals is of help. Keep your blood sugar controlled. Raise your bed about 4" from headend side. Get your gastroendoscopy done. Tab nexpro-l 1 tab empty stomach.

I am suffering from loose motions and I am having darolac. Loosemotion is not lyk loose motion there is some mucus typ stick substance coming out instead of potty n I am 8n half months pregnant. My mom is 44 years old. Height 160 cm and weight is 76 kg. She is having varicose veins. Can you please suggest good workout for reducing her weight. Is brisk walking is good for reducing weight, then tell me the speed/km she want to walk and how much time to take walking?

Hi! She can go for a slow walk for 30 to 45 min everyday if she doesn't have any bone pains. Also she must check her diet like less oil in the cooking, less calories diet. And she can start yoga also. By taking care of her exercise, diet and yoga she can reduce her weight in a healthy manner. Also she must use good walking shoes instead of slippers that way her knees and back won't hurt.

Respected Doctor, I am a T2 diabetic patient since the last 10 years and on medication since the last 6 years. I am quite stress-prone. Presently I am taking trajenta duo 1000 after breakfast and Pioglit MF 15/500 after dinner. My HBA1c is 6.7. This has been revolving around 7 since the last couple of years. But whenever I have tested my FBS and PPBS, these have revolving around 14-150 and 170-180 respectively. Please guide me.

Hi You have maintained a good HbA1C value. Individual high blood sugars depends on what you eat prior to it. Have a high protein diet to keep your blood sugars low. Have an early dinner. Avoid high calorie food for dinner. if your a non vegetarian include 2 egg whites everyday for breakfast and you can consume skinless chicken and fish.
