Hello, most common chronic skin disease, almost in all age group due to wrong food habit, excess starch, sugar n fatty acid, chronic constipation, and menstrual problem in female are some of the causes behind pimples. First of all check your posture when you are lifting any material like heavy bucket . And try to lift the heavy bucket without bending your back . you may lift the bucket after bending your knees only. This will definitely help you. * Gentle massage with lukewarm mustard oil of your waist area will also give you relief. * Surya Namaskar is only exercise which you need to do. * In diet vegetable protein of cereal , B complex supplements and half teaspoon of haldi in a cup of milk for seven days will give you enough relief.

you are preparing you mind is like that. if we have also dreams. but we dont care. dont recollect dreams. dont give suggestion to mind that i get dreams. if you give suggestions like that mind is also working like that. when you feel relaxed you are not thinking about any dream. no dream comes to you. if you feel i am not sleep well. then mind also gives suggestion to you. mind is a super computer it depends on what we give suggestion to it. it works like that. suppose if we give positive suggestions it will work on positive aspects. if we think negative aspects it works on negative manner. so think and feel always in a positive manner. read good inspirational books. feel always comfortable. develop good strong work on studies. meditation and yoga helps to you very much. better to share your internal thoughts and feelings with your closed friends and family members. be happy all the time. be sociable all the time. ok all the best.

Common causes of neck pain are- Injuries and inflammation. Take over the counter available painkiller if intolerable pain. Hot fomentation may help in cases of spasms. Apply volini ointment locally. Maintain correct sitting postureand avoid lifting heavy weight. Hope this helps u

Hello- Hysterectomy disturbs the hormone functions in the females body which can lead to complications like osteoporosis, thyroid etc. Pain in legs is due to these complications. Increase the intake of milk and ghee in diet and start consuming Ashwagandharisths 2 tsp after both meals. Your aunt's leg pain will be permanently cured.

Your bp is high 1. Do regular aerobic exercise like brisk walk for 30 minutes every day 2. Reduce your weight 3. Reduce salt intake 4. Drink plenty of water 5. Take bland diet, avoid spicy, oily, junk saturated fat and cholesterol rich diet. Take plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits, 6. Stop smoking and consumption of alcohol, tobacco, 7. Avoid stress, anxiety, physical and mental exertion 8. Do yoga, meditation, and deep breathing exercise 9. Monitor your bp regularly and consult physician for treatment 10. Hav eadequate sleep for 7-8 hours daily.

To have a healthy and long hair does not depend only on the outside appearance of your hair but also on how healthy you are inside. Strong and healthy growth of your hair depends on a balanced diet. Hello sir, I have diabetes  from two months and my fasting sugar 180. Please suggest what should i do?
Following are the tips to prevent onset/or control diabetes 1-Losing Extra Weight: helps lower your blood pressure and cholesterol too. waist of more than 80 cm in women & 90 cm in man are at risk 2- Constant and regular food timings :improves metabolic activity and helps reducing weight. 3- Split meals and eat in moderate amount 4- No long Gaps and skipping of meals:-Never miss out breakfast. 5- No overeating:-Never eat in a bulk on one time Remember to eat food slowly & chew well. 6- Proper Exercise and work outs: regular brisk walking for 30 min. five times a week is best .Cycling, swimming, dancing can also be done. Do not eat right away after a workout . 7-constant and regular timings for medication 8-Avoid fried foods ,meat,fats and sweets.  9- Take high-fibre and complex carbohydrates:-like oats and include high-fiber carbohydrates like wheat bran, flaxseed and methi seeds to your wheat flour .Add whole grain foods in your diet. Avoid white bread, pasta, pizza , candies, and snacks . 10-Drink enough fluids:-Keep your body well hydrated.  11.Fresh vegetables and fruits: .Include sprouts in the diet as they are easily digestible tablet metformin 500 mg twice daily has to be started

Study shows reasons why chinese and japanese are more healthy inspite if they having weaker genes than indians.

The chinese and japanese drink hot tea with their meals, not cold water, maybe it is time we adopt their drinking habit while eating.

It is very harmful to have cold drink/water during a meal. Because, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down the digestion. Once this'sludge' reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine. Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer. It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal.

French fries and burgers are the biggest enemy of heart health. A coke after that gives more power to this demon. Avoid them for your heart's health.

Drink one glass of warm water just when you are about to go to bed to avoid clotting of the blood at night to avoid heart attacks or strokes.
