If the focus is there in the bone you may get infection anytime in your life. Nothing to do with gym. You can join and start gym if you want to.

Kindly show me a photograph of the affected part. Rule out diabetes & vit. D deficiency or any other metabolic disorder. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding on it. Spring beds, folding beds or thick matress are harmful use no pillow under the head. Do hot fomantation. Paracetamol 250mg od & sos x 5days. Caldikind plus 1tab od x10. Do neck, back & general exercises. It may have to be further investigated. You will need other supportive medicines also. Make sure you are not allergic to any of the medicines you are going to take. If it does not give relief in 4-5days, contact me again. Do not ignore. It could be beginning of a serious problem.

Do u have any pain and tingling/numbness in any or both the legs? U can get MRI done to rule out any soft tissue injury...see some good orthopedician as well as physiotherapist to help you out.

U may be having some spinal problem, or core muscle weakness which causes this pain as the back muscles get fatigued easily while doing the act. You need to do few exercises for strengthening your back muscles and follow some guide for maintaining proper posture, not only during sex but during other activities. Also, change or modify the way/ the position which you use mostly during the act, and see if changing the position causes no pain afterwards.

I am 30-years-old male. When I sit my knees bend for a while and thereafter stand up and if I try to step it feels pain in my under knees portions only after two-three mild steps I could start walking normally. Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams Stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. repeat 10 times, twice a day.

1. Get full body blood test done 2. Start with Physiotherapy treatment 3. Learn exercise from Physiotherapist 4. Do sit on floor 5. Don't lift heavy things 6. Don't do forward bending 7. Do hot fermentation twice a day 8. Apply volini cream before sleeping 9. Wear knee cap if pain in knee Joint 10. Wear Lumber spine belt if pain in spine 11. Take calcium vitamin D 3 and Methylcobalmine supplement for one month minimum.

Knees pain can b due to arthritis or muscle weakness. So, take hot and cold fermentation 1 min each, for 5 reps. Wear knee cap while playing football or any sport. If you need any further assistance please let me know. Thank you.

Burning pain in the foot or toes could be due to high uric acid level, get it checked. Also if there is tingling and numbness in the leg which goes to the foot then at some point nerve is getting compressed leading to such sensations.
