Follow a good diet, one hour of walking everyday, physical exercise but still do not feel energetic and do not want to do any sort of work. Everytime I want to sit or sleep (drowsiness) a little bit, but when I go to sleep I cant sleep soundly. My bowel movements are good digestion is ok, drinks a lot of water. No fast food, spicy items or indulge in any bad habit (no masturbation), no smoking and alcohol. Have done the blood test everything is normal, Hemoglobin is also normal, Liver and kidney function test are also normal. Have fruits and milk everyday, but still my stamina is very low. Please suggest me what can I do and tell me some medicines which can improve my strength and to feel energetic and cure it completely. Thanks in advance.

Hip Pain -- From Arthritis or Bursitis?

The hip is an area of the body dense with bone, ligaments, tendons, and muscles—all of which can cause pain if something goes wrong. Just like with low back pain, the source of hip pain can be difficult to pinpoint.

Hip bursitis pain usually originates from the outside of the hip.

What is hip bursitis?

Hip bursitis is often the culprit of hip pain. But because of its tendency to share symptoms with hip osteoarthritis or lower back pain, hip bursitis is known as “the Great Mimicker.”

Hip bursitis occurs when the hip joint’s bursa, a thin sack on the outside of the joint that protects it, becomes inflamed. Hip bursitis can be caused by an injury to the hip or by an underlying issue, such as a pinched nerve in the back.

Bursitis and osteoarthritis: comparing symptoms

A closer look at the symptoms of hip bursitis and hip osteoarthritis can help distinguish the two:

Hip bursitis symptoms:

Hip pain is on the outside of the lower hip
Pain can start sharply and gradually change to a dull ache
Pain may spread to the thigh, lower back, groin, or buttock
Pain is worse after prolonged inactivity (like sleeping or sitting) or repetitive activity (like jogging or climbing stairs)
Pain and tenderness may increase when pressure is put on the affected hip, such as when lying on your side

Hip osteoarthritis symptoms:

The pain originates from the inside of the hip joint, so it's often felt in the buttock, groin, and thigh as well as the hip
Pain and stiffness comes on gradually and gets worse over time
The hip feels stiff and inflexible
There may be grating or creaking sensations
Secondary pain may appear in the knee because of hip stiffness or deformity

Both of these conditions can be managed through ayurvedic & panchkarma therapies.

My age only 25. But my hair has in white colour. So please tell me what I have to do.
Ramesh.
White Hair or greying hair mainly occurs when your hair follicles stop producing melanin, the pigment that gives hair its color. Though, ageing is the primary reason of grey hair  but premature greying of hair in early 20’s or 30’s is now common. Genetic factors, stress, lack of nutrition, chemicals, smoking or any underlying disease like anemia can also lead to premature greying of hair. All these factors lead to underproduction melanin that leads to grey or white hair. Lack of minerals like zinc, copper is one of the most underestimated yet one of the most analysed reasons for grey hair. Turning already grey hair into black is not possible after a particular age, but you can always slow down further greying of hair. A balanced diet is the most effective solution to control greying of hair. Include lots of fresh fruits, vegetables, protein rich sources of food in your diet. Load up on food items containing antioxidant and vitamin C like gooseberry, oranges, lemon etc. Try to stay stress free, limit your on-screen time, and do exercises and yoga that will increase oxygen supply to your hair. Some cost effective hair care tips at home can also give you wonderful hair and prevent further greying - Give warm oil massage to your hair with different oils like sesame, olive oil, castor oil. Start a good hair regimen by selecting the right shampoo and conditioners. A professional hair and scalp analysis to get right hair care products for you is advisable.

I have white hair at the scalp but not till the end. I am 21 now what should I do to reduce it.
Genetics: the age at which your hair starts turning white is also determined by your genetics to a great extent. Thus, if your parents or grandparents suffered from premature greying of hair, then you are most likely to suffer from the same problem improper diet: a balanced diet plays an important role in maintaining the health of your body which includes your hair as well. Lack of vitamin b12 is the most common cause of white hair. Thus, to combat this problem it is advisable to increase the consumption of food rich in vitamin b12 such as tuna, sardines, salmon, beef, egg, lamb, cheese and milk high levels of stress: the modern life along with its comforts brings a lot of stress and tension, whether it is work related or personal. The ultimate outcome is the occurrence of white hair. Emotional shock: sometimes, white hair occurs during a patch of time when a person is undergoing an emotional shock or turmoil. This is a temporary phenomenon and the growth of white hair automatically ceases after sometime. White hair treatment walk barefoot: morning walk is great for our overall health and benefits our hair as well. Walking barefoot on wet grass early in the morning prevents the occurrence of white hair. Eat more iodine rich foods: food rich in iodine help in preventing grey hair. Fish has a high content of iodine. In addition to this, bananas and carrot also contain some iodine. You can replace the sea salt or kosher salt with iodized table salt to increase your iodine intake treatment consult or ask privately.

Check whether you have diabetes. Do regular exercise which will help to reverse. You have not specified about your work nature which is very much related to grey hairs. The Causes of Grey Hair 1) Vitamin B-12 deficiency 2) Problems with your pituitary or thyroid gland can cause premature graying that’s reversible if the problem is corrected. 3) Mental stress 4) Vit D and Calcium deficiency. 5) Not having regular Sleep, it does not mean 8 hour sleep which actually mean the person should sleep at regular time and wake up at regular time. 6) Smoking and alcohol. 7) Chemical foods and High Sugar Foods Like (Soft Drinks, Carbonated Drinks, Processed Foods and Fried Items) Consult a doctor for more information and treatment.

Hi. It's normal to lose up to 100 hair per day, and in most people, those hairs grow back. But many men -- and some women -- lose hair as they grow older. You can also lose your hair if you have certain diseases, such as thyroid problems, diabetes, or lupus. If you take certain medicines or have chemotherapy for cancer, you may also lose your hair. Other causes are stress, a low protein diet, a family history, use of bore water, or nutritional deficiencies. Need to rule out any causative factor or underlying medical condition. Management: Take diet rich in protein like non-veg, eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin), different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. Walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) take proper 6-9 hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regularly massage head and hair with coconut oil, almond oil (depending upon your scalp type) 1 to 3 times a week. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you fit and young! Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines - Schwabe's Wiesbaden 200 & Alfalfa tonic twice a day for 3 months. Use Schwabe's Arnica shampoo and Hair Growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use Bakson's Arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Beside this, you can take one tablet of multivitamin Folli Hair once daily for 3 months. Get back to me for further advice. For dry skin: You can improve your dry skin by good along with a healthy intake of food which should includes vitamin A, C, E and protein, lots of water, application of good sunscreen before going out. Choose mild soaps that have added oils and fats. Avoid deodorant and antibacterial soaps, which are especially harsh on dry skin. After washing or bathing, gently pat or blot your skin dry with a towel so that some moisture remains on the skin (never ever rub the area). Apply the moisturizer or lubricating cream while your skin is still wet or moist from bathing. Petroleum jelly is a good choice. Cover the treated areas with plastic wrap to keep the petroleum jelly from staining clothes and furniture. Use a portable home humidifier or one attached to your furnace to add moisture to the air inside your home. Medication: Take homoeopathic medicines – Schwabe's Alfaalfa Tonic and Petroleum 200/ twice daily, take them for 1 month. Use Schwabe's Skin care bathing bar, Calendula & Aloe Vera all purpose cream, Bakson's Body oil to be applied.
