Dt. Krishna Dave Vaidya is a very famous and experienced Dietitian who lives in Vadodara. She has completed her M.Sc. in Dietetics and Nutrition along with that She has also finished her Diploma in Naturopathy & Yogic Science. She has done her Batchers in Pharmacy, so she is well versed with all the medicines and disease conditions also. Although she is a master of dietetics along with yogic sciences, she truly believes in the holistic approach to the treatment. Along with the diet charts and natural food she treats with yoga, meditation, stress and sleep management and overall life-style modification. To overcome obesity avoid fatty and fried foods and excess sugars in the form of cold drinks and preserved juices.Include protein rich foods which include pulses, milk and milk products, eggs and chicken, should have fibre rich foods which help you to pass smooth bowels.do exercise for atleast 30 to 40 minutes.Do stomach exercise for 30 minutes.
