Few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast, khaari ,naan ,white bread. Can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water and your sugar levels increase when you take high glycemic index levels foods.

Hello, The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on these points which helps in right way without harming your body if you don’t have any medical condition. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day.Protein shakes will help you to gain muscle mass, particularly if you're working out. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. This is where protein shakes and bars really come in handy. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos., both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 1month. For tobacco de-addiction: Take homoeopathic medicine which will help you to get rid of your habit of smoking/ tobacco. Schwabe's Daphne Indica/ thrice daily for a month. After a month, report back to me.

Hello- according to ayurveda monthly periods and milk in breast are inversely proportional to each other. Increase in ones production decreases the output of the other.(due to hormonal changes) >after delivery milk appears in females breast to fulfill the appetite of the new born baby hence the menses reduces or becomes irregular. >when you stop feeding milk completely (after 1 year) your menses will be regular as before so there's no need to worry about.

Hello, you can take homoeopathic medicines 1. Robinia 30 ( 4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week. 2.Carbo Veg 30 ( 4 drops in little water) thrice a day for a week and update. Drink lot of water. Include fruits, raw vegetables and fresh vegetable juices in your diet. Avoid fried and spicy food. Tea/coffee should not be taken in excess.

4 Superfoods and home remedies to get rid of acidity

Excessive secretion of stomach acids brings about the problem of acidity with heartburn and dyspepsia being its common symptoms. There are foods as well as home remedies that can help you to get rid of this problem.

Some of them are:

1. Bananas - Being an excellent source of potassium, this fruit helps to keep acid production in balance. Moreover, certain elements in bananas aid in increasing the production of stomach mucus that helps to protect the organ from adverse effects of excessive acid production. Even its high fiber content promotes digestion, preventing the occurrence of acidity once again.

2. Ginger - Consuming ginger can help to bring about a significant improvement in digestion, superior absorption as well as proper assimilation of important nutrients. This root is helpful in protecting your body from stomach ulcers by enabling mucus production, thereby decreasing the negative effects of acid on the stomach.

3. Melons - Melons are also extremely good for fighting acidity. They have a pH of 6.1 and can be had as whole or as fruit juice. Whether it is watermelons or honeydew, these are refreshing fruits filled with nutrients. Each bite of a watermelon, for instance, contains high levels of Vitamins A, C, and B6, amino acids, antioxidants and lycopene as well as potassium.

4. Mint leaves - Even mint leaves are helpful in slowing down the acid buildup in the stomach while improving digestion. Its cooling effect can help to cut down the pain as well as burning sensation associated with acid reflux.

In addition to having these foods, there are certain home remedies that you can try for fighting acidity:

I'm 5'6" and weigh about 70 kilos. I run about 4 km everyday and enjoy it to the fullest. I've been told that running daily weakens the muscles and should not run so much. Above this I'm strictly vegetarian. Am I doing things right or am I going wrong in exercising this way?

Recently from last 4 to 6 months my mom is suffering with snoring problem when she slept. And day by day it is increasing gradually. So please suggest how to get relief from this problem. It looks like your level of tolerance is quite high. If you are under stress you are likely to become intolerable and suffer with a short fuse. Meet a counselor to identify the stress. You need to identify why you get so angry. If this is a recent phenomenon, then it will be easy to identify what caused that disturbance and it can be sorted out. If it is from your childhood and you have suffered this reaction for a long time, then you will need to go back into childhood and find out what went wrong to make you so upset. Your parents will be able to help locate the cause. You can then go to a counselor and learn about anger management, which is not to control your anger but to learn to express it in appropriate ways. You must also examine yourself to see if you act angry whenever you are scared. This then means that you have chosen to escalate anger over your fear for some reason: it may have to do with feeling more powerful with anger than with fear or you may have received more attention by acting angry. Work on these issues and come out of this behavior through some counseling.

Low bp is normal in pregnancy and means good blood flow from mother to child. Backaches r also common. She cant tk pain killers. She cn apply volini and do hot water bottle fomentation. I hope she is taking calcium n vitamin D3 medicines.
