avoid heavy strain according ur condition its strain so tk vitamin and physio sessions for 5 days after relief do stretching exercise of neck and shoulder

Start with Physiotherapy treatment and learn spinal exercise. Use lumber spine belt. Don't sit on floor. Take Calcium and multivitamin with vitamin D 3 for 2 month.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. It is very common to have post viral arthralgia and it can be very painful. My advise to you will be intensive physical therapy take short course of anti inflammatory medication like tab etoshine etc for 5-7 days tab hcqs can be given for few days as it has shown evidence to give pain relief take calcium and vitamin d supplementation and well continue with conditioning ex and daily walks to keep your bone density to decent levels. Hi, * correct your sitting & sleeping posture * go for aerobic suitable for your problem take advice of physiotherapist. Homoeo-care* @ rhus tox 200-5 drops, twice @ arnica mint 200-5 drops, twice @ hypericum 200-5 drops. Twice report after a fortnight. All d best.

Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Bhujang asana. Core strengthening exercises. Back stretchingstretch do the cat/cow avoid bending in front. Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall. Apply hot fomentation.

Advice. Avoid sitting cross legged. Avoid squatting- quadriceps exercises- lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain. Core strengthening exercise- straight leg raised with toes turned outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Hams stretching- lie straight, take the leg up, pull the feet towards yourself, with a elastic tube or normal belt. Repeat 10 times, twice a day. Sports taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area contrast fomentation (hot and cold).

I am 22 years old male I have been struggling with back pain from past one year and also having hair loss problem please suggest.

Start with physiotherapy sessions and learn exercise for spine. Don't sit on floors. Don't lift heavy things. Take calcium and methylcobalamine supplement with omega3 for three months minimum. Use lumber spine belt also.

I have compression btw L3 & L4 in spinal cord. Doctor has advised for Rabolin, which is pain killer, for over 15 days. Now I am on Zynoflam Forte for last 10 days. Even after physiotherapy and daily morning evening exercise i have very little improvement. Should i continue with Zynoflam?

Hi, In physiotherapy if you are age is below 50 you can go for intermittent lumbar traction as well as interferntial therapy with spinal exercises. You will subside this pain with in 20 days need not to go for pain killars unless you have untouchable pain

Hot Fomentation. Gentle Shoulder Stretching. Core Strengthening Exercises. Gentle Neck Exercises. Avoid sleeping on affected side. Warm up and cool down is a must. Hot fomentation.

It may be your tailbone. Palpate and feel where is the pain. Management will totally change depending upon part involved and cause behind that.

I am 22 years old and I am feeling suffocation while pain in upper back pain from last 2 days. Also feel vertigo in movement in the morning. It comes after 2 months and sometimes takes 6 months. When I sleep left hand side then I feel good but on others position vertigo comes. This have been from last 7-8 years.

There are many causes of vertigo, one of which may be degeneration in cervical spine but you are too young for that. Actually it will be good for you to meet up with a general physician or an ent surgeon in my opinion to find out a cause of vertigo in you. It seems like a nerve irritation of the nerve going down to your leg. Avoid sitting for long time and start lying on your tummy by keep two pillows below your chest. Maintain this position for at least 15 minutes. Repeat it twice a day. Avoid bending forward.
