Hello doctor I have sagged breasts and I'm not married yet. Is there a solution to make them stiff.

Advanced Aesthetics, M.Ch - Plastic Surgery, MS - General Surgery, MBBS

Breast reduction and lifting surgery will reduce the size and tighten them. O the best of our knowledge no medicines or creams work to increase the breast size. It is a day care procedure and you are discharge in a very short time from the hospital and it brings about an instant change in breast size and self esteem. No one wants surgery unless it is necessary. There is no medication to give the results. No one wants surgery unless it is necessary. There is no medication to give the results. No creams or pills actually work except psychologically. Surgery is the only answer. The surgery is almost painless. We need to examine the patient to know what is wanted and what can be done and to work out how much, when, where, etc

Aching joints are among the most common health complaints, and they can happen for reasons too numerous to count. If you, like me, suffer from the occasional twinge in the knee or feel your elbows demanding some tlc after hours of slogging at the desk, I have some advice that will bring you relief. I have tried each one of these, and felt better each time. The good news is, these remedies require very little effort, and yield great results. Feast on carrots: did you know that carrots have been used for centuries in chinese medicine as an effective remedy for aching joints? simply grate a carrot in a bowl, and squeeze some lemon juice on it. Enjoy raw or steamed. Carrot nurtures the ligaments, bringing relief from pain. Munch on fenugreek seeds: my grandmother? s favorite remedy for joint ache. She would soak a teaspoon of fenugreek seeds in clean water overnight. In the morning, she would drain off the water and munch on the seeds. They taste slightly bitter to begin with, then slowly and pleasantly sweeten as you chew. According to ancient indian healers, fenugreek is? warm? in nature, which makes it helpful in healing your joints. Drink more water: among the lesser-known benefits of drinking more water is that it softens cartilage and keeps it hydrated. Water helps you maintain an adequate blood volume so that nutrients can move through your blood and into your joints. It also moves waste away from your joints, making them less likely to ache aching joints are among the most common health complaints, and they can happen for reasons too numerous to count. Hello, not every low back pain is sciatica. But if you say its sciatica then I believe you. Proper rehabilitation can cure sciatica completely. If it is due to disc herniation traction, electric modalities and exercises can do wonders. Many at times some conditions mimics sciatica. They are known as Pseudo sciatica. I hope you know the difference between the two before you come to any conclusion. Sciatica pain is heartening but can be cured if treated properly.

Sir, in layman's terms. It seems you had an accident/injury which has resulted in a partial tear in one of the important ligament of the Knee, ie, ACL. Also there is effusion, ie, you can see swelling around your knee, that is bcoz of accumulation of blood around the injured part, and contusion, ie, that is you have injured bones of your legs in which the blood flow to the bones is affected. I cannot say how serious it is without seeing you, so my advice is you visit an orthopedic surgeon and a physiotherapist for proper treatment of this problem.
