Is it possible to get rid of hypertension without medicines, how can one achieve that.
To control or maintan BP normal there are some instructions are given below: •Do not take salt in high amount or try to avoid it because high sodium level increase BP. • Eat less amount of pickle and fast food, fast food contain high sodium. • Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking. • Take less amount of coffee and tea both increase BP. • Drink 8 to 10 glass of water daily. • Do exercise daily, jogging and long walk. Start time of exercise with 5 minutes and increase time slowly. • Take 6 to 8 hrs of sleep daily. Do not take too much stress. • Do long breathing pranayams daily for 10 - 15 minutes. It will reduce your stress level in your body. • Avoid taking too much fat foods such as butter, cheese, ghee. • Eat healthy diet such as green leafy vegetables, fruits. Eat an apple daily.

I am having high blood pressure about 140/95 What are suggestions to get it normal without medicine.
Try meditation, morning and evening brisk walking for at least 30 minutes regularly. Reduce salt intake. Keep record of bp atleast every week. If smoking, stop smoking. Or taking tobacco in any form. Must stop taking it. If obese try to reduce weight. Eat lot of green vegetable. Try for three month if bp not controlled. Consult for starting medicine.

Please take following medicines:- Dr. Reckeweg's r - 2 / 10 drops in little water thrice a day for one month. Dr. Reckeweg's cholesterinum - 3x / 4 tabs thrice a day for one month. Strenous exercise daily for 45 minutes walking at a rate of 5.1 km/hr for atleast 30 minutes a day avoid ghee and butter, take rice bran oil and safolla add fibres to your diet do not eat eg yolk or red meat repeat lipids after 3 months.

To control & maintain Blood pressure to normal these are best methods to follow:.• Do physical exercise like jogging, running or brisk walk for atleast 20-30 minutes. • Maintain your cholesterol level to normal & eat least amount of butter, cream or fatty things. • Eat less amount of pickle, salt and fast food as they contain high sodium levels. • Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking. • Take less amount of caffine containing coffee, tea or cold drinks because caffine causes increase BP. • Drink 8 to 10 glass of water daily • Take 6 to 8 hrs of sleep daily. Do not take too much stress. • Do long breathing pranayams (Anulom- Vilom, Bhramari) daily for 10 - 15 minutes. It will reduce your stress level in your body. • Eat healthy diet such as green leafy vegetables, fruits. • Take 5 ml of GULAB Jal added in a glass of water daily once a day.

Dear Lybrateuser, - Your chest pain could be due to acidity - follow some dietary precautions: - avoid spicy, fried & junk food, also restrict tea / coffee intake to 1-2 cups per day - chew your food well, do not skip meals, have meals on time, have 4-5 small meals rather than three large meals, have dinner 2-3 hrs before bedtime - do regular exercise like walking, playing games, jogging, swimming, also do yoga & deep breathing for 5-10 min daily morning.

The moment we get diagnosed with diabetes, our minds cringe in fear by the thought of all the restraint on our life, especially diet, which would be imposed on us for a lifetime, taking away the joy from celebrations and fun eat out sessions etc. Diet management is of utmost importance in diabetes not only to control blood sugar levels but also to keep other risks such as body weight and heart risk factors at bay. People with HbA1c levels mild to moderately elevated (<7.5%) at diagnosis, may be advised to take a diet and lifestyle modification trial before they are put on any drugs and some of these people will be able to control their diabetes/pre-diabetes for a significant amount of time without drugs. Even for people on drugs or insulin diet and lifestyle management is equally important. Therefore, dietary modifications to manage risk factors for CVD are very important in diabetics. These modifications include controlling the intake of salt and ‘bad’ fats in your diet, and the recommended levels of intake are lower than those in general population Diabetics in general are often advised even by their doctors and dieticians, some times, to consume ‘low fat’ diet to manage their heart risk. But In India, where average intake of carbs is much higher than recommended intake of fat, for most people, such an advice is not only erroneous, it is harmful! (Read: Indian diet: ‘pro’s and ‘con’s, to know more) Instead what is needed is to replace the ‘bad’ fats, present in high quantities in vanaspati (found in snack items and restaurant/ fast food meals etc.), full cream milk, butter, ghee and red meat (but not mutton: read more), with vegetable oils (such as olive, canola, rice bran etc. But not coconut and palm oil)

Hello, it reavels that on any sort of ailment you go nervous, anxious causing breathing disorder raising your heartbeats. You should go for tests underlying. CBC/ TSH/ Hb. Sometimes it so happens due to hyperacidity resulting raised palpitation in the night. Tk care.

For a healthy lifestyle with a heart disease few tips on diet say no to maida items like toast, khaari ,naan ,white bread. Can drink tea but without sugar say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk can eat brown bread can eat sprout's can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal to avoid farsan food items can eat fruits say no to coconut water.

Vitamin b 12 and d deficiencies do not have any effect on day to day activites and pain associated with it. The deficiencies are rare and are not a cause of worry. Your gastric pain and pain in heel seem to be unconnected. Gastric pain could be peptic in origin and your family doctor can treat it without much investigations. Pain in heel needs a closer look. It may require an orthopaedic consultancy, but let it be decided by your family doctor. So see a physician.
