Hi. You can check thyroid test. You need a balanced diet. Include protein rich food in your diet like soyabean, sattu with milk, egg,sprouts, milk and milk, products. Peanut butter etc. You can take 2 banana with warm milk in the morning eat soaked dry grapes or dates soaked in warm milk overnight.

Hello, Vitamin B12 supplements helps to relieve anxiety. It is also available in eggs, and lean meat, mushrooms and to some extent sprouts. You feel anxiety if you are very much stressed and have poor gut bacteria which are responsible for production and absorption of vit B12. Try eating yogurt and fermented food to replenish good gut bacteria and follow relaxation techniques to cope up from stress. Deep breaths works excellent as stress buster. I am 19 years old. Female. I cannot concentrate in my academics as well I get irritated very quickly and I'm very short tempered. I have very little control over my anger. Since few days I'm getting irritated very quickly and yell and show anger to everyone at home unnecessarily. I wasn't sleeping at for a month and couldn't eat anything. Recently I sleep too much and eat a lot which is very abnormal compared to other people. I have lost patience as well.

Talk to someone who can hear you patiently and start breathing exercise with 20-0 counting while you feel anger. Join any yoga and meditation center they will help you to control your anger. Take rest while feel anger. R-revise the reason why are you angry. E- evaluate that is your anger is right for that reason. S- shift the focus of your anger try to talk on that reason normally or start breathing exercise. T- talk to that person for the problem which makes you angry every time. Alprazolam is a good anxiolytic, but carries high dependence potential and serious cognitive and behavioral side effects when taken on a longer run. It is advised not take them more than 14 days. There are other medications e.g SSRI's which can be safely taken for longer duration in anxiety disorde. I am sure the doc who prescribed you this alone is not the apt specialist. Psychiatrist are the right people for you to consult for Anxiety disorder, consult one and get remedy. All the best.

1. You may be having anxiety or stress. Avoid stress. 2. You need 7-8 hours of sound sleep to remain healthy. 3. Go for regular exercise, Take part in games and sports, 4. Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise like pranayama to calm your mind, control your emotion, relieve anxiety and improve concentration. 5. Adhere to a specific sleep time and regular schedule 6. Take light dinner. 7. Avoid taking tea/coffee at bed time. Have a glass of warm milk at bed time. 8. Don’t go to sleep immediately after dinner. Take a small walk after dinner and if possible take hot water bath before sleep. Read a light magazine or interesting book before going to bed 9. Hair fall is mainly due to hormonal and genetic reasons. There are no homeremedies that vil help or quick responses for it. It can definitely be controlled. It's important to eat plenty of pulses, fish, meat and milk. Drink at least two litres water everyday. Exercise regularly. Don't stress out because you don't have long hair or because your hair's falling. Avoid all forms of chemicals, hot devices and blowdryers to prevent hair damage. Massage scalp and wash twice or thrice a week. Don't overshampoo, it'll spoil hair. Don't tie up wet hair and sleep, it'll get infected. If any infections, g et it treated. A thorough blood check up is needed to eliminate autoimmune, hormonal and nutritional diseases. Apart from this, treatment may b needed in resistant cases.

Understand that most of your height will be determined by genetics of your family. Height is a polygenic trait, meaning that it's influenced by several different genes. Having two short parents doesn't necessarily mean you'll be short, just as two tall parents won't make you a towering giant. However, if most of the people on both sides of your family are short, odds are that you'll be short, too. Don't be discouraged, though. The truth is that you can't know how tall you'll be until you reach full physical adulthood in your mid twenties. ? Calculate your projected height. Working in inches or centimeters, you can try to predict your height based on the height of your parents. o Add up your mom and dad's heights (in inches or cm). o Add 5 inches (13 cm) if you're a boy; subtract 5 inches (13 cm) if you're a girl. o Divide by 2. o The answer is your predicted height, give or take 4 inches (10 cm). Note that this isn't an absolute calculation, but it should be pretty close. Eat right. Ensuring that you're getting all the vitamins and minerals your body requires will help you grow to your full height. Take a supplement targeted at your age group with breakfast each morning, and try to incorporate certain foods into your diet. Here are some specific suggestions: ? Make sure to take in an abundance of carbohydrates and calories for that is where the body gains its energy to grow. ? Get plenty of calcium (found in dairy products and green vegetables). Calcium promotes bone growth, and can help prevent osteoporosis. ? Taking 500 mg of niacin has shown to significantly increase growth hormone levels only when taken on an empty stomach. ? Get sufficient vitamin D (which can be obtained through eating fish, alfalfa, or mushrooms, or spending enough time in the sun). Vitamin D promotes bone and muscle growth in children[, and a deficiency has been shown to stunt growth and cause weight gain in teenage girls. If you don't like fish, consider a purified fish oil supplement (purifying removes mercury). ? Take in lots of protein (from meat, eggs, tofu or legumes). Proteins provide an essential building block your body needs in order to grow. At least one (preferably two) of your meals each day should include a high quality protein. ? Up your zinc intake (oysters, chocolate, peanuts, eggs, peas, asparagus and supplements). A zinc deficiency can cause stunted growth in children . The best way to make sure you meet your body's daily need is by taking a vitamin or supplement that includes zinc. ? Eat on a regular schedule. You should be eating 3 meals a day, with small snacks between breakfast and lunch, and lunch and dinner. Try to schedule these events at roughly the same time each day.

If the tooth is out because of bad gym health it may not be possible without gum therapy/ root canal/ extraction and bridges. If gum condition is healthy then braces can be done at even 40 years of age.

It seems most likely to be a Obsessive Compulsive disorder, wherein recurrent intrusive thoughts come against a person s own will. It is due to altered serotonin transmission in areas of brain (mind) and can be easily treated by any psychiatrist. Consult one. All the best.

The simplest method of removing minor surface stains is polishing, or micro-abrasion if staining is more intrinsic. Provided that your discolouration is not due to inadequate enamel exposing the dentin, tooth whitening (bleaching) is often the most effective treatment for yellow stained teeth. Advance procedures can be done with laser. Use snowdent tooth paste for whitening until then. Apply snowdent paste on the teeth. Wait for 10 to 15 min. Then brush your teeth with the same paste. Applying it overnight for better results.

These are some instructions & methods for good sleep: • Frequent oil massage of head with oil relax your mind and enhances sleep. You can also do foot massage daily it destress you. • Do not take stress. Do meditation and long breathing pranayams to relax the mind. • Do not take caffeine, tea & alcohol in excess and these are stimulant,(activate) your brain result in lack of sleep. • Avoid drinking alcohol & smoking. • Avoid sleep during day time as it makes it harder to fall asleep at night. •Try to sleep early at night. Do exercise and long walk daily. • Avoid to take sleeping pills because these are habit forming drugs and these drugs disturb your normal sleep pattern. • Take a bowl of curd daily in afternoon and one glass of milk at night daily.
