Hello Thanks for the query. First of all you should know what glutathione is. It is an anti oxidant which captures free radicals and reduces skin pigmentation. Any drug has side effects and it holds true for glutathione too. it is been widely used in market as skin whitening cream and shows some improvement too. The side effects are not much and can be used safely but the effect will last only till the time you take the medicine. Once you stop skin color will revert back. Hi, Take Arsenic alb 30, 3 drops , twice a day. Take glycyrrhiza glabra 1x, tablets, 2 tabs every 4 hourly. Take Alpha coff , 2 tsf with warm water , twice daily. Take Kali mur 6x, 5 tabs thrice daily. Take phytolaca decandra Q, 10 drops in 100 ml warm water and do gargles twice a day.

I have kidney stones problem last year. ( 0.54 mm in left ureter and 0.58 mm in left calyx). Doctors gave 15 days tablet course. After completion of course. I felt relief. but a complete year of course I am again suffering with same problem. what will be the permanent solution please suggest.

According to Ayurveda, improper diet and lifestyle leads to aggravation of all three doshas (Ayurvedic humors) and impairment of the digestive fire, causing formation of toxins (ama) in the body. These toxins travel down the channels carrying urine, where aggravated doshas combine with it, causing its crystallization and leading to the formation of kidney stones. Tips for removing kidney stones:: 1. Avoid tea, coffee, alcohol, cold drinks, pickles, fish, poultry, meat, spinach, and chocolate. 2. Avoid sour, heavy, and dry food. 3. Increase intake of liquids like water, juice, soup, lime water lemon soda etc. 4. Be sure to drink enough water each day. Usually 1 to 2 liters of water per day is adequate. 5. Drink more if you are perspiring heavily, working outdoors, the weather is hot, etc. 6. Increase the use of barley, horse gram (a type of bean), ginger, and brown rice or parboiled rice. 7. Avoid suppressing urges to urinate and defecate. 9. Boil 10-12 basil leaves in 1 cup of water for 15 minutes. Mix 1 teaspoon of honey in it and take twice a day. Pls send ur USG report coz herbal medicines for removing stones can be given according to size and number and location of stones.

Most common reason for en even skin tone is over exposure to sun. Try to avoid prolonged sun exposure. Use proper medicated sunscreen on regular basis, even in winters. Drink lots of water, eat healthy food and take proper sleep.

You need to increase your calorie intake by increasing your carbohydrates & protein intake. You can have parathas, cheese sandwiches in your breakfast. Increase 1 chapati more in your lunch & dinner. Add rice in your lunch. Include vegetables, dal, salad ,curd in your daily meals. You can have milkshakes, cookies fruits in between your meals. Add sweet dish. Eat every 2-3 hours.

Dear patient, I suggest you some natural antioxidant with Vitamin C combined diet like.. green tea with lemon juice , Sprouts with slice of ginger and lemon, Lemon juice with lukewarm water that will help you weight reduction and protection from skin damage. But green tea and lemon water not to take at empty stomach. Avoid oily food, spicy foods,jam jelly,ghee, honey, salt, sweets, fried foods, junk foods. Green vegetables, fresh fruits, Skin less fish, chicken add in your diet chart. Do not be at fasting more than 3 hours take low amount of food at regular interval.Do brisk walk for 45 min in a day at any time. Thanks..
