Instead of using the chemical products for your skin, try using some natural home remedies. Using home remedies can work out to be much cheaper than chemical based products and they can help treat your condition without any side effects. Caring for your skin is highly important. Here are some home remedies that allow your skin to be free of dark spots, black spots or pimple marks or even acne scars on the face. 1.Take a medium sized tomato and squeeze the juice from it, add one tablespoon of lemon juice to the tomato juice and stir the mixture well. Apply on the face and let it dry for 20 minutes. Rinse the face with warm water. 2.Take pulp from Aloe Vera leaves and let it dry in the sun for 5 minutes and then add few drops of lemon juice to the dried pulp. Apply this mixture on the face and wash it off after 15 minutes. The results are quite good. 3.Onions have anti-microbial properties and they help remove the acne related scars and spots. Take an onion and cut it into several pieces, grind them and then, separate the juice from the beaten onions. Apply this mixture on the affected areas; allow the mixture to remain on the skin for a few minutes and rinse off with water.

Take lots of green leafy vegetables and sweet juicy fruits. Dairy products such as milk and fresh yogurt will also help. Fresh coconut is also considered excellent "hair food" -- sprinkle grated coconut over salads, diced fresh fruit, or rice. 1. Green Leafy Vegetables: Regular intake of Green leafy Vegetables - Spinach, Lettuce, Leafy Greens, Turnip Greens, Broccoli, Beans and Green Peppers are rich in nutrients that help and promote Hair growth. 2. Other Vegetables and Fruits: Two fresh fruits per day :- cut and eat with fruit skin, no juice. 3. Sprouts: Green gram dhal Sprout. There are so many sprouts like Mung Beans, Green gram dhal, Peas It is also very easy to prepare! Soak Green gram dhal in an air tight Box . Then in the afternoon strain the water and close the box, put the box in a dark place. In the Morning the sprouts will be ready for you to Eat. It will be very effective when taken with the morning meal. 4 Almonds/4 Walnuts on alternate day?s and 2Dates/2Figs on also alternate day?s and 2 prunes daily. 5. Good news for Fish lovers! Fish contains nutrients that will make hair shiny and strong while promoting hair growth. It contains Omega 3 fatty acids which help nourish hair very well. Those who don?t want to eat fish or are vegetarians can take Sea cod Tablets. It is extremely beneficial. 6. One glass of Milk per day if possible cow?s milk. 7. One spoon ghee per day. 8. Soya Bean: Proteins rich for hair growth is a must! If your a vegetarian and are on a hunt for that perfect source of proteins, then your search ends here. This is the best food for hair growth. Soya beans has 40% proteins and a great deal of good fats which are also much needed for hair growth. 9. 10 ? 12 glass of water per day 10. Cooking with certain spices adds flavor to your food and provides nourishment for your hair. Cumin, turmeric and black pepper are some "hair-friendly" spices. Add a healthy pinch of each to single-portion soups and stews as they are cooking. Saut� 1/8 -1/4 teaspoon each of the three spices in a teaspoon of ghee (clarified butter) or olive OIL and add to cooked veggies. Hair fall is due to many reasons now a day it is common due to stress and busy life check your haemoglobin level if less then take hamatinic any multinational company take proper diet (dal vegetables sprouts fruits) and do exercise minimum 15 min if possibles do yoga for 10 min increase water intake minimum 3 to 4 litres per day also take homoeo medicines homoeo medicines are known for to stop hair fall and it actually happens phosphrus 30 (30 no glouble) 2 tds x 2 weeks and reply also comb your hair gently and 2/3 time per day wash with homoeopathic shampoo (sbl or any company) twice a week preaper oil by mixing arnica montana q 30 ml + any regular hair oil and apply before wash.

Greetings, you require good protein supplements and balanced diet. Also you need to take at least 8 glasses of water in a day. Apply good oil to avoid dryness of the hair. Take a good multivitamin supplement also. You also need to see a hair specialist, to rule out any hair or scalp disease. Thanks.

DEAR Lybrate USER …. You have to follow some basic things, so that you get better results in a short period of time …. 1) take solid diet two times in a day and liquid diet two times in a day. 3) drink only 100-150 ml of lukewarm water during meals …. 4) don’t drink water before meal for one hour and one hour after meal…5) avoid oily, spicy, junk, fermented and stale foods…. 6) try to sleep upto 10-11 pm. 7) avoid coffee and tea…. A) apply paste of nutmeg and milk on dark circles with gentle massage. Leave it for 10-20 minutes. After it wash face with lukewarm water. Do this two times in a day. B) take 2-2 tablets of chandraprabha vati and aarogyawardhini vati after meals. C) take 30 ml of triphala juice along with 15 ml of honey at night before sleep …. D) take 30 ml of audumbaravleha along with 30 ml of lukewarm water, early in the morning. E) take 10 gm of HARIDRA KHAND after meals….   1. Pomegranate: Pomegranate juice can work wonders for your skin. It can heal lines and freckles on being used regularly. The fruit contains polyphenols that counter free radicals and increase blood flow. It makes your skin healthy through detoxification. Pomegranates can prevent as well as treat skin damages caused by ultraviolet rays of the sun. The peel of the fruit is used along with seed oil, encourages cell growth and hinders wrinkles naturally. Dear there is no quick fix and we should not be bothered much about the colour or the brightness of the face. The cream given must be probably having some bleach in it and many skin creams give some allergic reactions. The ayurvedic way of having a healthy skin lies in having a healthy lifestyle. Sleep early, eat fresh fruits and vegetables, have proper exercises and breathing exercises (pranayam). It is a mistake to think that Pimples, acne or dandruff are skin problems of face or head. These are just symptoms of a body laden with toxins. Therefore no local treatment like applying creams, lotions or face washes can do anything good. Even if by some medicine these are suppressed the body toxins will come out in some other form which will surely be more complicated than the present ones. From the above it is clear that when toxins are removed all such problems will go away. Only Naturopathy can remove the toxins from the body.

Lifestyle changes 1. Along with a healthy hair diet it is important that you exercise properly as it will ensure that there is proper blood flow to your scalp and will help in the growth of hair.  2. Keep cows ghee in diet, massage your hairs with medicated oil regularly, do regular exercise, take proper diet, milk,cows ghee in regularly, fresh fruits, dry fruits, green vegetables, protein rich food, proper sleep, take proper care of hairs during travelling, avoid late night work, overexertion,excessive shampoo, hair conditioners, tea, coffee,cold drinks, chilled water, foods kept in friedge, fast food, bakery food, salty food, hot drinks, oily,spicy ,outside foods. Hello, most common chronic skin disease, almost in all age group due to wrong food habit, excess starch, sugar n fatty acid, chronic constipation, and menstrual problem in female are some of the causes behind pimples. Hi, take diet rich in protein like non-veg, eggs (it's loaded with essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamin b12, iron, zinc and omega 6 fatty acids in large amounts and biotin), different pulses & legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. Walnuts and almonds); iron-rich food like green vegetables, dates, carrots, prunes, green peas; also oats, shrimp, take flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take low-fat dairy products (they also contain whey and casein, two high-quality protein sources) take proper 6-9hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smoking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid use of hard water to wash the head rather use boiled water for head wash. Avoid use of harsh hair colour, hair treatment like rebonding, straightening, perming, etc. Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! cover your head with scarf or cap while stepping outside. Use rose wood/ any wooden hair comb to brush your hair. Regularly massage head and hair with coconut oil, almond oil (depending upon your scalp type) 1 to 3 times a week. Regular exercising is also one of the important point, but should be done under some good, qualified yoga teacher or instructor for proper guidance; it also releases the stress/ tension in the mind and the body and keeps you fit and young! medication: take homoeopathic medicines - schwabe's wiesbaden 200 & alfalfa tonic twice a day for 1 month and revert. Use schwabe's arnica shampoo and hair growth oil regularly as per the condition of your scalp (minimum 3 times a week). After shampooing, use bakson's arnica hair conditioner as well after every head wash. Beside this, you can take one tablet of multivitamin folli hair once daily for 1 month. (if the area has gone totally smooth and shiny, then you need to go an option of hair transplant!) for height: as height can be gained till 21yrs. Of age in males and 18yrs. In females, no chances to grow further! but as such homoeopathic medicines are safe to take without any side-effects - can try bakson's hite-aid and five phos. - both thrice daily and thuja 1m/ one dose once a week - take them for 1 month only. Management: take milk and milk products which contains more calcium. More of protein (for cell multiplication) like pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts, flaxseeds, non-veg, eggs, etc. Also, don't forget to take green vegetables, yellow veggies and fruits, seasonal fruits, salads, etc. Do skip rope daily, initially 10-20 times later gradually and slowly increase the frequency as per your capacity. Do get indulge in stretch exercises, and sports like basketball, volleyball. Last but not least, do take enough of rest and sleep (which helps in repairing of cells and cell rejuvenation). Get back to me after a month for further guidance.
