Your mother problem rheumatoid arthritis so proper Ayurveda treatment use and success full result Improper food habits and sedentary lifestyle can lead to impairment of digestive fire, formation of ama (toxin) and vitiation of Vata (air). When a person indulges in Vata-aggravating diet and lifestyle, then this aggravated Vata circulates ama in the channels of the body and deposits it in the joints, causing Amavata. Ayurvedic treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis starts with pacification of Vata and elimination of toxins from the body. Herbal medicines are administered to improve the digestive fire and prevent further formation of ama. Panchakarma massage therapies are quite useful in subsiding pain in Arthritic patients. Diet & Lifestyle Advice Increase intake of barley flour, horse gram (a type of bean), split green gram, honey, celery seeds, cumin seeds, dried ginger root powder, garlic, bitter gourd and castor oil. Avoid eating fish and milk together or milk and jaggery together. Avoid incompatible, heavy, and oily foods. Avoid an improper diet and lifestyle, such as waking up late in the night, suppressing natural urges of the body, and getting direct exposure to cold winds.

Hi thanks for your query and welcome to lybrate. I am Dr. Akshay from fortis hospital, new delhi. You are very young and if you have not sustained any significant shoulder injury, then this pain can be due to weakness in your muscles, or some bit of soft tissue strain or inflammation. If there are no s/s of inflammation like swelling, skin redness or local warmth etc, then you can start with gentle anti inflammatory medications, ice packs for local application, analgesic spray after fomentation and see how it goes in the next 2-3 weeks, and if it does not improve, then we will have to get some investigation done for evaluation. Do not hesitate to contact me if you need any further assistance. You can also discuss your case and treatment plans with me in a greater detail in a private consultation.

Your pain most likely is from your prolong driving. You need to do specific stretches and strengthening for your back. Try to take a break at 30 km and stretch for 2- 3 minutes then drive again. Do hot or cold fermentation at home as tolerated. For headache consult neurologist. Sometimes it can be due to tight neck muscles and exercises can help that too.

Hello lybrate-user let's talk about your questions in two part calf pain - it's mostly occur due to reduce blood supply. For that you have to improve your leg strength and do exercise. For calf muscle you need to do vajarashan yog mudra for that if you have smoking habit than you should visit consultant for further evaluation. Secondly if you feel pain while walking in bone (below knee). (any recent trama is there or not and for further evaluation) you should definitely go nd visit consultant near by you.
