1. Eat lots of protein in your diet such as dal, soya been, eggs etc
2. Rule out any hormonal reason such as thyroid disorder etc.
3. Drink at least 7 liter water daily
4. Perform cardiovascular exercise such as routine walking, jogging etc.
5. Avoid tension
6. Take at least 7 hrs of sound sleep

To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy and natural food + daily exercise..>> Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice..>>  Eat 20 almonds & 5 dates daily. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, banana shakes etc..>> If your are Non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish.  For Veg - have more dals, rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc..>> Avoid junk food and colas. Avoid chips and other namkeen..>> No need for any extra supplements. Natural diet is best. Go for 30 mins walks / exercise / yoga daily.  ..Feel confident about yourself. All the best.

I am 19 years female. My periods is not regular. It comes aftr 2-3 month late. And I also have a painful periodic session. What should I do for regular periods.

For your irregular cycles you will have to consult a gynaecologist to get thoroughly investigated and for pain in the periods give hot fomentation on lower abdomen and lower back when it is paining and you can take tab meftal spas once in a while when the pain is more.

I chew 1 chewing gum mostly everyday while travelling to go to office, so that I don't have bad breathe. Shall I, stop that?

Kindly take, kshara oil, 2 drops each, in each nostril, twice day, empty stomach. Take mahalakshami vialasa rasa of dhutpapeshwara premium, 1 tab, twice a day in warm water after meals. Dashamoola katutrayam kshayam, 20 ml, twice a day, empty stomach, in warm water. Continue the regime for a month. Reduce the dosage to half after a month, and stop the regime after second month. Cut down curd, yoghurt, butter milk, spicy food, sugar, salt in your diet. Good luck.

Take sinarest one tab 2 times a day for 3 days. Take honitus 2 tsf 2 times a day for 5 days. Take dolo 650 mg one sos for high fever, if more than 100 degree f. Do gargle, take steam, drink warm water. It will help you.

I am 25 years old, I have a problem that my belly fat increased day by day, have any medicine solutions?

Body gains weight due to different reasons like improper digestion, acidity, constipation, side-effects of some medicine, low physical activity. You can follow some tips in daily routine. 1. After every meal, drink 1 cup boiling water with spoon sip by sip. After half an hour you have taken meal do this daily. 2. Try to avoid eating heavy food after 7 pm. As it takes time to digest heavy food. 3. Drink 1 glass water half an hour before meal. 4. Drink 2 glasses of lukewarm warm daily in morning. 5. Try to do some exercise. Yoga and meditation are very good in losing weight and maintaining it also. Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and spicy food. And constipation. Hi lybrate user, it would be nice to get more information such as headache causing sleep disturbance or sleep disturbance causing headache. If reason is headache than consult pain specialist for proper evaluation and treatment and if reason is sleep disturbance then kindly consult neurologist to find out the reason and eliminate it. Fungal infection is a menace both for the patient as well as the doctor due to widespread resistance ( because of self medication) leading to recurrence. Take general measures like keeping personal soap towel, washing your clothes separately. Not sharing clothes. Keeping body areas dry. Maybe can use some anti fungal dusting powder. Hello,, Avoid oily and heavy dinners. Mid night snacking can be fruits, vegetables sticks, buttermilk, soups, lemonade. Exercise for at least 1 hour regularly. Sleep for atleast 7 hours. Hydrate yourself with 3 lots of water as body functions slow down in the night and you need to increase metabolism. Avoid tea and coffee to stay up in the night.

I don't know what medicines are you taking? how old is your diabetes? but if you want to control sugar with diet only then you should have one chapatti in breakfast, one fruit mid morning, 2 chapattis in lunch, one katori dal, one katori vegetable, one cup tea plus 2_3 marrie biscuits and 2 chapatti along with dal and veg in dinner. But alone this won't control, you will have to walk one hour morning and one hour evening. About other answers about diabetes is, if you don't control it, you can suffer from complications like heart disease, kidney disease, eye disease and nerves disease, which once occur then there is noug treatment. So control your diabetes with diet or drugs or exercise or all of three.
