My age is 21 years. I am 5 feet 3 inches tall. Is there any chance of my increase in height? If so then please tell me the measures to increase it.
I am a 14 year old boy. I am a bit obese and I have got some fat in my belly, thighs, pelvic region. I weigh 75 kg and I am 5'6" I live in a hill station so I have 3 km of walk daily to school (both going and coming). I haven't put any specific diet plan. Can anyone suggest me some diet plan or some way by which I can reduce my weight and increase my height? (something that can fit in a student's daily curriculum)
I am suffering from severe acne and indigestion problem so my aunt suggested me to take'safi' liquid medicine. But when I surfed on internet I found that the medicine contains large amount of arsenic metal which is harmful for health. So please suggest me whether I should consume this safi liquid or not.

Oralcdx (oralcdx laboratories, inc. Suffern, ny), the oral brush biopsy with computer aided analysis, is a diagnostic tool that identifies dysplasia in common oral spots that often have no suspicious clinical features. In comparison to exfoliative cytology, the brush biopsy technique collects cells from the full thickness of the oral epithelium. An oral brush biopsy is a chair-side, painless, easy to perform a test that can be used to identify any suspicious lesion including common small white and red oral lesions to rule out dysplastic features. Since most oral lesions are benign in nature, most test results are likely to be benign. Almost 10% of all cases usually turn out to be abnormal. Based on the results, the laboratory advises specific guidance on these abnormal cases sometimes recommending scalpel biopsy, observation or retesting.
