Always been afraid from something wrongful to be happened specially in the morning while at Sunrise time to till busy in my work. Mind totally filled with lot of worries and nervousness and too much pressure of own business I'm so much depress as I can't handle this situation so please help me to come out from all this I'll be highly thankful to all of you.

Your are probably waking up with anxiety (which is abnormal fear, really) and then getting all worked up because your mind is not occupied. This condition actually prevails all through the day but is not in yoru awareness because you have yourself occupied enough to distraction. Something has triggered this anxiety from your recent past or there has been a long-pending (you have used the term 'always been afraid') issue with regard to fear that is coming up for a resolution. I suggest you meet with a counselor and if that person advises you to meet with a psychiatrist, then please do so without hesitation. In the meantime please do the following sincerely because you could resolve the problem better with good cooperation: Have a good night’s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber, nuts, avocado, exercise regularly, eat dark chocolate, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. I suggest you do the opposite of what this depression makes you feel like doing (actually, not doing): you will need to fight this condition. You must become active; stay upright during the daylight time; meet people; never sleep during the day, wake up by 6 am every day, play some active games, especially contact games, do physical exercises, talk to people and join some social clubs, attend Yoga classes etc. Watch sitcoms on TV or comedies and cheer yourself up. Go for excursions in groups, for outings, camps, conferences, and religious conventions. Get a pet dog and spend time training it, exercising it and relating to it. Expose yourself to some sunlight every day, at least, 30 minutes but not in the scorching heat. Whatever happens, please incorporate these three important adaptations in your life: always be responsible, be respectful, and be functional. If you did these three, lots of things will go well in life. Please pray and have faith in God to alleviate your sufferings. Don’t wait for others to help. Use your own motivation, which might be at its lowest, but persevere and win this battle. Above all to be really happy, you need to live in love and for love. Learn all about emotions and how to handle them and that will get you out of the depression rather easily and quickly. A counselor is there only to facilitate you, all the hard word must come from you, and your cooperation with that person is very critical for your success. Be positive every day and learn to be contented with what you have. Do some left brain exercises: it is the happy brain. Here are a few suggestions: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do calisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. Whatever happens please cooperate with the therapy and do not discontinue until the condition is completely resolved.

Fairness cream doesnt have any impact on hair growth but it just fair the skin by make it soothen,soft and glowing. For fairness you can take steam for removing dirt and opening pores on face. Hello- pain around lymph gland around the throat with recurrent cough suggest of chronic respiratory tract infection. The condition will worsen if your cough is blood stained. >try this treatment- 1) sitopaladi churna 1/2 tsp twice with honey. 2) mahasudarshan kwath 2 tsp twice with water.

How to Lose Weight Fast in Winter and Avoid Weight Gain?

This article will indeed help you avoid excessive weight gain in winters and how to lose weight fast.

  • Believe me, it’s so easy to pile up the kilos during winter. courtesy comforting fried foods (primarily paranthas/परांठा), sugar laden tea or coffee and even the tempting gur-gachak(गुड़गचक) and mom’s pinnies(पिन्नी).
  • It’s the perfect time to think about wise food choices and portion control.
  • Winter binging may easily cost you a weight gain of three to five kilos.
  • The main reasons for weight gain are less physical activity during winter and of course increased consumption of heavier foods.

6 TIPS TO LOSE WEIGHT IN WINTER AND WEIGHT GAIN IN WINTERS

1. Get enough sunshine

A short pre or post lunch-time walk can provide sunlight which is good for your Vitamin D status.

2. Limit fatty foods

Foods such as fried snacks, puddings, pinnies, and chocolates can be limited to just once or twice a week.

3. Fill yourself up with fiber

  1. Fill your plate or tiffin with lots of filling vegetables

  2. Have soup before your dinner

  3. Add oats, barley and dals(दाल) to help keep you fuller for longer.

4. Don’t skip workouts

  • Don’t skip the gym.

  • Fix days for workouts and try to follow it as well.

5. Weigh yourself every day

  • Get on the scale frequently to make you conscious if you are putting on weight.

  • Maintain a record of weight and inches as well.

6. Indulge in healthy drinking

  • Have at least 2-3 cups of green tea or green coffee. 

  • Have light soups and broths.

This back pain is due to no back exercise. Due to this muscle get stiff. When suddenly you get move fast that time this stiff muscle get break and pain start. In ayurved there is mentioned one procedure KATI BASTI .DO THIS FOR FIVE DAYS WITH MEDICATED OIL if you want to do it you should do it under doctor observation. So consult ayurvedic doctor near you. You will definitely get good result.

Hye, Thanks for the query.     For a hypothyroid condition there is no specific or special food. And it is best advised to have a diet planned as per the thyroid levels, lifestyle and history. Though you can follow some guidelines - Have small frequent meals. Do not fast for long hours. Avoid a very heavy meal at one time. Avoid fruit juices, aerated drinks or sugarcane juice, honey, jaggery or sugar if having insulin resistance. You just have to avoid raw, unprocessed soya, raw peanuts and raw cabbage. Avoid junk foods. Exercise and stay active. Do not attempt to try out too many remedies as you could go into lowered metabolism. Sleep well.            It's all a matter of discipline.
