if u are below 16-20 than more than 2 time a week is excessive. if u are less than 15 than more than once a week is excessive. but bad effect of masturbation on our body is defferent for differnt people. Excessive masturbation is very bad for health. Excessive masturbation is the main reason for Pre-Ejaculation/ erection problem. Swpandosh or nightfall problem also occurs due to excessive masturbation (daily masturbation comes in the category of excessive masturbation). Excessive masturbation can cause weak body, cheeky face, weak eye sight, graying of hair, less weight, fatigue, general weakness, constipation, less appetite, non-erection, low libido, nightfall and many more. During teenage, masturbation can be done once a week after that it should not be done more than 2-3 times a week till marriage. Hi, I understand it must cause you much distress that a thought of harming your own child came to you. However, understand that a thought is just a thought and does not translate into action. Just by thinking something you cannot make anything happen. Thoughts come and go, some of them can be weird. It does not necessarily mean that you have a mental disorder. But if you feel you are spending too much time on such thoughts and struggling with them, then consider going to a psychologist. You will be able to learn tools and techniques that will greatly improve your well-being, and you will be able to live a much happier life. From your description it does not seem like you need any medicine though I would definitely recommend psychotherapy. All the best!

Your hair needs a high protein well-rounded diet. A strand of hair is composed of mostly protein, which means your hair needs protein to grow. Hair and nails are both protein fibers. Hence a therapeutic diet prescribed by a registered dietitian can help a lot in hair growth. Besides diet excessive stress and some medication are conclusively known to retard hair growth and promote hair loss. - cut down on the use of hair spray, hair gels, and styling creams that contain harsh chemical ingredients, which can dry out the scalp and cause the formation of flakes. Also harsh treatments such as perms, colours, relaxers etc take a toll on the health of your hair. - avoid changing your shampoo and conditioner constantly. Random blood sugar 180 mg per cent is higher than normal. You must have been put on some anti glycaemic agent and despite that the level is not normal. Ensure that your diet does not have direct sugar and carbo rich food like potatoes, rice, grapes, mangoes, jaggery etc. As for fruits you may eat 1 fruit of your choice ( 1 in number like 1 orange, 1 apple, 1 banana etc). Keep doing walking exercises within physiological kimits as advised by the hospital post operatively. Avoid stress, it adds to your sugar level through stress hormones.

It very essential to achieve good glycemic control, otherwise it can lead to various problems (long term complications) associated with diabetes. Hi, Wash your face with Bakson's Facewash (wash your face with warm water only) and followed by CTMP, i. E. Cleansing, toning, moisturising and protection (apply liberally Sunscreen Gel with SPF-30) after washing your face daily. Prevention: -Take healthy food only and avoid unhealthy ones (although sebaceous glands are not excretory glands then as well!) as what you eat is reflected on your face! -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension as it encourages secretion of stress hormone in the body as thus affects skin or any other tissue of the body. -Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water in a day. -Take 6-8hrs. Of sound sleep everyday. -Don't use others towels, handkerchief on your face as well as never share yours. -Never ever rub your face as it damages the skin (even towel should be dab on skin softly) and break outs of acne get worsened! -Maintain hygiene, wash your face 2-3times in a day, changes the pillow covers, bed sheet daily, use cotton bed sheet only (try to sleep on your back). Home-made remedies: - Take 1 tbsp of fuller's earth (multani mitti) + a dash of lime + bit of rosewater – apply this on your face till it gets dried up, then rinse it off. - Take 1 tsp of Alum (or fitkari), make it slightly wet with water and apply this on your wet face, spread it well; let it dry and rinse it off. Alum remove your excessive moisture or oil and it also tightens the skin's tonicity. Medication: You can take homoeopathic medicines – Berberis Aquefolium Q/ 10 drops in 1/2 cup of water/ thrice a day (and for local application as well) and Kali Brom. 200/ thrice a day – for 30 days.
