Wear sunscreen with an SPF 30 or greater 365 days of the year, rain or shine It only takes one minute of unprotected sun exposure to start chipping away at your skin’s surface stability. When skin is compromised from repeated, unprotected sun exposure, it slowly but surely makes it less able to hold moisture or feel smooth, to say nothing of the wrinkles and skin tone changes that develop. Use moisturizers and serums that are filled to the brim with antioxidants, skin-replenishing ingredients, and skin-restoring ingredients. These are all the crucial elements skin needs to reconstitute itself, hold on to water, and feel supremely smooth and radiant. I got operated gall bladder removal in june 2016 and stunt removal in sept2016. But all is well suddenly I took with empty stomach in the afternoon apply fizzy in thirty and before lunch and from that time, I faced with fatty liver type with full stomach full and gas developed. No interetdigeton in eating food. Then I started taking lemon watering other c vitamin food with empty stomach and I recovered 100% but digestion problem and stomach burning sensationexists. Hi Mr. lybrate-user Gall bladder is the organ which stores up bile produced by the liver and releases it only when the food reaches the small intestine since your gall bladder has been removed there is storage of bile and hence the bile gets constantly secreted into the intestines and there is decreased levels of digestion especially fatty foods so I suggest that you avoid carbonated or sugary drinks, fried foods, tea or coffee, as these foods cause lot of gas to accumulated since they take a long time to get digested I would suggest that you have small quantity of food in small intervals and have a balanced diet which includes fresh fruits and vegetable salads

Take 10 ml of fresh lemon juice and ginger juice along with 1 tsf of jaggery along with 60 ml of water early in morning on empty stomach and after meals, do regularly bhujangasana, uttanpadasana and pavanmuktasan regularly early in the morning on empty stomach for 15 minutes. Do this for 60 days it gives you good result thanks.

I had sex on 2nd nov 2016 but my periods came normal on 10th nov and continued till 15 th nov. Since then I did not had any sexual activity. But this I am late by 2 days. And I am little worried as my periods are regular nd never late. Can I be pregnant?

Hi, When your previous menses was normal with 5-6 days of bleeding and there is no sexual activity after that till today, there are no chances of pregnancy. Hence there is no need to worry. The delay may be due to harmonal imbalance.

Dear, if you tired very fast and feeling weakness. Then you will definitely recover from weakness by following these very useful tips. * you should take proper balanced diet first. That means you have to take vegetables, milk, chapattis or rice, butter / cream, cereals (daals) or cheese every day. Very important thing, do not miss or skip your meals at any cost and take meals on time. * proper 6-8 hours sleep is very important. If your sleep is less than 6 hours, then you feel tired very early. So complete your sleep. * do breathing execises daily in morning & evening. Just sit down in peaceful place, close your eyes, take deep and long breaths in and out. Do it atleast for 10-15 minutes daily. You can also do pranayams like anulom vilom for better results. *take a walk, in first walk normally for 10-15 minutes for 15 days. You can do it on treadmill also. * you can take ashvagandha churn of baidyanath 1 teaspoon with milk daily for 2 months atleast to get your strength back. * check out your haemoglobin level in 3 months, if it is low you get tired early. So get treatment of low haemoglobin (anemia). If you have any disease like asthma /diabetes / hypertension, then get complete treatment of them. * avoid all fast foods and habit of smoking or drinking. You surely get great strength and recover from weakness by following these important things.

Hello, These are some home made tips to get shiny and strong long hair. *Massage the scalp for 10 to 15 minutes after bathing with water. This stimulates the blood circulation and strengthens the hair follicles in the scalp. *Massage the scalp and hair with coconut milk or Aloe Vera gel. Leave it for ½ hour, and then rinse with warm water. Repeat 3 times a week. *Massage into the scalp and hair honey with egg yolk. Leave for a 1/2 hour, then rinse. *Massage almond oil on scalp 2-3 times a day, daily. This will stop further hair loss. *Rinse hair with a mix of apple cider vinegar and sage tea to help hair grow *Make a shampoo by mixing 100 g each of amla (Indian goose berry), reetha, and shikakai and boil in two liters of water until the liquid reduces to half. Use this shampoo for your hair for at least one month. Your hair will become thick. *Mix equal amount of warm castor and almond oil and massage over scalp at least once a week. *Make a hair pack by mixing amla (Indian goose berry) powder with one egg. Apply it to your hair and leave for half an hour. Wash hair. You Should drink 10 to 12 glasses of water daily ,take healthy nutritious diet. Follow the below home remedy to get soft hydrated skin:- The lactic acid present in milk cream helps exfoliate dry skin. The soothing nature of milk cream also helps preserve the skin’s delicate pH levels. Milk cream is also an excellent moisturizer. Mix a few drops of lemon juice, one teaspoon of milk and two teaspoons of milk cream. Rub it on *your hands and legs. Leave it on for a while before you take a shower. Do this once daily. Add enough milk cream to three to four tablespoons of gram flour to make a thick paste. Apply the paste on your face, hands and legs. Leave it on for 15 minutes and then rinse it off with lukewarm water. Do this once daily.. Make a scrub with brown sugar and lemon and rub the dark areas with it.Gradually the darkness may become light.

Hello- Your testicles are not fully grown up but still you are fertile and there is no harm in getting married. Keep a good schedule, exercise daily, eat healthy, sleep at correct time, quit addiction. You will be fine. However if want to go for a treatment, choose a herbal alternative.
