I am 75 years old man and suffering from acute knee pain. Dr. Suggested for knee replacement. Can you suggest some homeopathic or ayurvedic medicine to get rid of this knee problem. I can not stand for more than 3 minutes, Please suggests.

Managing Knee Pain

Take this medicine continue for 1 month And also take analgesic (consult orthopedic. Drink more water. Avoid high protein diet. .this ll help.

My uric acid is 8.2 and I am taking feburic 40 tablet. I have pain in my toe which is max in morning .after taking medicine since 10 days I have no improvement please advice.

Managing Uric Acid Levels

Avoid all high protein diet. Drink more water. Take medicine for high uric acid (febustate40 mg) after consulting orthopedic doctor. Do mri of knee if pain persist.

Knee pain starts first time by squatting in play ground. Later on it increases day by day. Blood test shows high uric acid (8.2) too (RA factor and C reactive protein negative). Now uric acid is normal (5) but knee pain still persist. During standing position it's very painful and uncomfortable in comparison with walking. It's very irritating for me. What should I do?

Consult orthopedic doctor. If the instability is more. Than go for arthroscopic repair. Meantime apply ice and wear knee cap.

Right knee with MRI result as: Findings are suggestive of. Mid substance anterior cruciate ligament tear. Moderate joint effusion. Marrow contusion involving the medial femoral condyle. Medial meniscus contusion.

You should consult orthopedic doctor it ll not heal by itself. Shoulder arthroscopy will help. Meanwhile take rest and apply ice.
