Having constipation and hemorrhoids longer than 3 months .a family doc recommended to use zifilbx and normaxin for a week. After taking medicine from 1st day I felt better.
But when I stopped taking them same problem appears again despite having enough fibre and exercise, more water etc .what should I do now.
